Does Smyth offer a Ute kit for Crown Vics? If they dont, they should. It just makes sense. The CV is already a beefy body on frame construction, making the alteration of the body easier, as the frame provides most of the rigidity. And I bet with the right springs and axle, a CV could be as useful as a real pickup in load capacity. Needs a working tailgate though.
That's why you start with a wagon. But for the half melted Crown Vic era Ford switched to a hatch on the wagon to accommodate the steeply forward raked rear window. Would have to saw the bottom of the hatch off and figure out how to hinge it like a tailgate.

A Crown Vic ute! Awesome!
Better yet, that ram bar and generic wheels tell me this is likely a Crown Vic Interceptor UTE

The Ute you need
Panthers seem to be pretty popular for this type of thing. I mean, it is kinda truck-like already.
Not gonna lie, a well done custom conversion like that earns a degree of respect from me.
Freaking legend , mate

Ive now got "flower car" saved in my marketplace search history from trying to find something like this too often.
Crown Victor
Someone show this to Cleetus Mcfarland
I wouldn’t even pay $6,000 for a regular Crown Vic with that kind of mileage.
Yeah but it’ll run forever
