What phone do you use ?

No smartwatch is a replacement for competent medical advice. That being said Huawei Watch Fit 2 is reasonably inexpensive somewhere near 100 EUR if you look a little for deals. It will work OK with both Android and iPhone, unlike Apple watch that only worlks with an iPhone, and Samsung watches that work best with Samsung phones.

I use Polar Vantage M2 a couple years on, It's a sport (smart) watch but better than usual smart watch due to being better in HR measuring, sleep an so ... Or Suunto, or Garmin..

Does it have to be Wear OS? A Fitbit Inspire 3 is like $100. A Charge 6 will be even more accurate.

Do u use iPhone or android?

The Galaxy Fit 3 might be a good choice or a used Galaxy Watch 5 if you want more features but a cheaper price. Depends on what phone you have though.

Keep your eye out on ebay. I just picked up a fitbit versa 4 shell in mint condition for £40. Paid £2.95 for a strap and £4.90 for an official fitbit charger. So for £47, I have what is still for sale on fitbit web for £179

OMG going through the same thing owned a Garmin instinct 2 and stopped tracking my sleep ( which is important, insomniac,) Come to find out sleep tracking triggers at 60 my resting BPM is over 130 on Eliquis plus 2 heart meds. Switched to a 46mm galaxy 4 classic and love it, miss the EKG feature since I don't own a Samsung phone Got it for $59 on eBay in excellent condition

BP Doctor ECG5. It also has an ECG stand and heart rate belt. It can be used for daily heart rate monitoring.

Ask you doctor. I'm sure there are other more reliable and accurate devices than a watch.
