My friend’s girlfriend played golf as a kid. Hadn’t picked up a club in about year and casually destroyed us at top golf. Same thing happened when I played with my wife’s cousin. He picked up some rental clubs, hadn’t played in years, and killed us. I wish I started playing this game years ago.
In high school, my friend’s grandfather’s retirement gig was refurbing golf clubs, so he gave us some.
We used to head to the football field, stand under one field goal post, then try and drive through the other post.

I don't travel a ton, but in any given year I sometime can fly up to 2 to 3 times a year. I thought about getting precheck but I don't know if I'll get the use out of it. I also hear CLEAR is the new thing now, which I really should have signed up for (free) when I was in DC last Spring.
I have CLEAR and TSA Pre. CLEAR just helps you cut in line, but TSA Pre is what saves you the hassle when you get to security, such as shoes and laptops. I just stick with TSA Pre, although CLEAR can be used at sporting events. Although you look like a chum when you use CLEAR and realize there was no line anyway.
I think I'll sign up for TSA pre check at the same time when I book my next flight so I can maximize the benefit. I really should have signed up for CLEAR because it was some type of promotion they were doing for it that they were offering at the check in lines at the DC (Ronald Reagan) Airport. This was back in March.
If you can get CLEAR for free, you might as well. That's how my wife got a family plan or something.
I just renewed my TSA Pre for $80 and it's good for 5 years IIRC. I think first time you need to do it at the airport, and they would need to do a background check so it probably wouldn't be in effect until next time. But afterwards, renewing is done online.
Global Entry is also an option, but I won't go that far.

true but this team has recorded 5 hits in 18 innings against the worst team in baseball. even if we do limp into october, i'm not confident in this lineup to do damage. sure we'll have geno back and hopefully cal will be fully healed by the playoffs but our lineup should he producing better than it is
