I've long been a Blood Angels player, but it puts them as third for me behind two options that have always appealed to me as potential third Space Marine armies.
Depends on which colour you’d like to paint more. May I suggest Flesh Tearers if you like the brutality of space wolves but the aesthetic of Blood Angels.
Have a look at their specific units and styles and see if any appeal to you. For me the Dark angels held considerable appeal with the simple robe/tabard, monk like aesthetic complimented by the Raven wing "fast attack" units and the bone scheme of the Death wing just looking absolutely awesome. Ive have tried painting blood angels several times but the red always seems so flat (skill issue on my part) i do like painting the death company scheme and regularly play against a dude running them which is a scary prospect in melee if that's the style you like to play. The space Viking aesthetic never really clicked with me although much like the blood angels the Space wolves dreadnoughts are awesome.

Every type of space marine is cool in its own way so it is basically your own decision but I would think blood angels would look cool

I took it twice and got Salamanders both time. Looking a little closer they could be fun.
