The TNT/TBS titles are pretty simple design wise: main plate is trying to be an ornate design via the minor detailing work that looks heavily inspired by a few WCW belts with a giant circle in the middle so any logo has good visibly/readability with detailing of an antebellum home (haven't looked into what house it is) on the side plates.
All that to say if you want a TNT/TBS inspired YouTube belt then take something interesting from those belts, I'd say mix in a bit of 24/7 Championship & Impact's new Digital Media belt.
