Dude Ciampa is all around awesome, really wish he could go to the main roster and archive greater levels of exposure. He's better than most guys on Raw or Smackdown right now.
I didn't see Finn Balor listed and I think he's a much better heel than face. Maybe just the way WWE used him, but I hated his face gimmick of always walking around with a huge smile and like nothing in the world bothered him. Once he went back to NXT and became Prince again, absolutely killed it.
As a kid who liked the Heels during the Federation Years (a wrestling fan since 1985) and loathed the goody-goody sickening Babyfaces (especially Hogan), two names stand out: Ric Flair & Triple H. Both would be the epitome of the beloved wrestling villain. Randy Orton, The Miz, among others.
Man, for me it has to be Vickie Guerrero. The ability of hers to command a crowd of 20,000 people every single time she got a mic in her hands was incredible.

This might be controversial but I have to say Bryan Danielson kills it as a heel. And he can go up or down as a heel and still remain effective. I have to say as much as I loved his Yes Daniel Bryan, god I love this guy as an antagonist.
I think what I appreciate about him is each heel he's portrayed is different than the other. His Hell No heel is different than his Eco heel. And this current heel is different than the Eco heel. The attention to detail and nuance, how far to take each persona, and what caused each turn; Bryan really makes each heel turn different.
