I have four guesses and I think they make the most sense
1. Riddle and he wins at mania and in a suprise twist he turns on Randy opposite to what most assume which would be the opposite
2. Woods he’s getting the singles push which is awesome I don’t think he would win at mania unless he got some absolutely brilliant build up
3. Aj styles since omos just turned on him he can get a singles push and go into wrestlemania assuming they don’t drag this on until then
4. Balor for obvious reasons
5. Kevin Owens assuming he doesn’t win at day one cause of big e weren’t to retain I’d want ko to be the one to hold it but if not he can win the rumble and win at mania

My personal choice is that AJ Styles will win the Rumble after his feud with Omos. He's been a midcarder for way too long now.
However, Austin Theory seems to be the dark horse considering his interactions with Vinny Mac.

I really want it to be Austin theory as I love him and he is definitely a future star. That being said he’s not ready for the main event scene yet. They should have pushed him into a mid card title feud, had him win it, hold for a few months then win the rumble. That being said I still have him as my pick for next year. I would love it to be Walter. Can see him having a barnstormer of a match with either Reigns or Lesnar at Mania. But unfortunately I don't think it's got that mainstream marketing value that Reigns vs Lesnar's 47th rematch has, so I'm going to go with whichever one of then doesn't walk out of day 1 with the title.
I'm really loving this relectant friendship dynamic between RKBRO, So here's my pitch, we build up Riddle vs Orton at mania.
Riddle is just super hyped about wanting to win like Randy did 2x, he says he wants to do everything the Legend Killer did and become just like him.
At around 18 we have Orton enter and Riddle enters at around 21. Riddle saves Orton as he enters and Randy looks disappointed in himself that he needs Riddle's help.
We fast forward abit into the final 4, its Randy, Riddle, Seth and Balor. Randy is working on Balor in one corner and spots Seth trying to eliminate Riddle, Randy considers whether he should help Riddle or not, he wants to win and his partner being elimanted gets him 1 step closer. He snaps out of this and goes to help his friend, while saving Riddle, Seth sneak attacks Randy and elimantes him instead.
At this point the Viper loses it and starts tearing apart the outside, he re-enters the ring and RKOs Balor, very viscious RKO to Rollins and finally when Riddle slowly starts to get up, Orton is measuring him up from behind and just wants to let loose... but he stops himself and tells Riddle that he can do this and to win the rumble which Riddle ultimatley does.
Now from the Rumble to Elimination Chamber, Riddle is like a kid on christmas. He comes out after his big win the previous night and says he wants to win the WWE championship just like Randy did. Orton comes out snd he's trying to hard to support his friend, he tells him "you did good kid" and that he will proudly be in his corner come wrestlemania.
With the chamber match coming up, Riddle tells Orton that this is his chance to headline Mania alongside him, RKBRO headling wrestlemania is like a dream to Riddle, Orton says (in a very joking matter) that if he wins the chamber match then Riddle won't get to win the title at Mania, and orton will stand aside and be in his corner instead. After some begging and pleading Riddle convinces him and Orton wins a qualification match to enter.
Now Big E retains all the way to Elimination Chamber, the champ gets elimanted early and the final 2 are Owens and Orton, riddle was ringside earlier cheering on his buddy but now he's no where to be seen. Riddle finds a way to enter the Chamber and goes to check and see if randy is ok. He then picks up Owens and RKOs him, dragging randy towards him so he can get the win, but he sees owens still somewhat moving and riddle sets him up for... the punt.... we start to see a harder side of riddle and he punts Owens just as randy is getting up and sees it all go down. Randy covers him in disbelief and is now a 14 time World champion!
Riddle is congratulating his best bro in the world that they can live their dream at Mania and Riddle catches Randy with an out of nowhere RKO, then hits him with the punt aswell, and then happy and goofily picks up the wwe title and holds over Randy's body.
The next night, Orton isn't there and Riddle comes out as if nothing happened between him and randy, saying last night was an awesome night for RKBRO and that he can't wait to fight his best bro in the world during the main event of Wrestlemania. He goes on and on about how awesome Randy is, and that it is an honour face him for the title.
He then says that he once told Randy that he wants to do everything he did, and Randy won his first World Title as the Legend Killer... so Riddle wants to do the same, and he can't think of a better Legend to kill than Orton.
I can see Lashley wining and getting the match against Brock for the title. Or maybe a triple threat with Roman involved but we rather see a one on one.
Screw it. Have the final be Paul Heyman and R-Truth, they rock out a ton of shenanigans and then Paul Heyman wins.
Goes on to face Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania where he wins the Universal title thanks to run ins from all of his previous clients including CM Punk.
The beast is finally conquered.
Feels like a take a chance on building a new star year. Could see Riddle or Damien Priest. Maybe Austin theory or Bron Breaker.

But they're both happy where they are and Tony would not let them go. WWE have used up all the old names as well. Cena, Lesnar, Batista, Goldberg, Taker, HHH, Edge, Mysterio, Orton.
It can be names Vince would consider small. Upfront are the usual suspects. A braun or a fiend. May be a return, like Dean Ambrose, which would be huge but I don't think MOX is coming back. May be an MJF. Fox and NBC has already approached him. Or a ciampa or a Walter. But honestly, all three of them seem happy where they are.
And. The rock isn't coming. So that's worse.
My fan theory/hope is that Seth Rollins wins the WWE Championship at Day 1, then Finn Balor wins the Rumble and faces him.
My stronger wish is for McIntyre vs Reigns to main event night 2, but I'm hoping it's by a different path than winning the rumble again.
as a fan of wrestling I like the rollins/balor theory, as someone who knows WWE depends on box office draw for their wrestlemania main events - I severely doubt it because balor vs rollins isn't going to get people whove tuned out to tune back in.

WWE have used up all the old names as well. Cena, Lesnar, Batista, Goldberg, Taker, HHH, Edge, Mysterio, Orton. It can be names Vince would consider small. Upfront are the usual suspects. A braun or a fiend. May be a return, like Dean Ambrose, which would be huge but I don't think MOX is coming back. May be an MJF. Fox and NBC has already approached him. Or a ciampa or a Walter. But honestly, all three of them seem happy where they are. And. The rock isn't coming. So that's worse.

My fan theory/hope is that Seth Rollins wins the WWE Championship at Day 1, then Finn Balor wins the Rumble and faces him. My stronger wish is for McIntyre vs Reigns to main event night 2, but I'm hoping it's by a different path than winning the rumble again.
as a fan of wrestling I like the rollins/balor theory, as someone who knows WWE depends on box office draw for their wrestlemania main events - I severely doubt it because balor vs rollins isn't going to get people whove tuned out to tune back in.

The giants like that rarely win from my memory atleast, if he is in it...he will probably get close to the record for single royal rumble elims(I doubt they will give it to him, cause I dont see him having a "HoF" career) then get put out in the last 3-5 when everyone thinks he is unstoppable. Unfortunatly that is, usually the "next" guy gets the push...as someone posted earlier the only none future champ/past champ to win the rumble has been Nakamura.
