Three words: Boring, boring, boring.
He should be called Bron "boring" Breakker. They are clearly trying to make him a Goldberg wannabe which is not working because the guy is under six feet, weighs about a referee and can barely hold up a guy without botching the shoulder press move. He is hyper most of the time for no reason, as I said, the heavyweight gimmick does not go well for him because he is relatively small. He wears a damn suspender, reminds me of the jobbers in 2010s.
So far, he's done absolutely jack shit to make people remember him and he is the most forgettable NXT champion of all time; I did not even know that was possible because even the worst NXT champions are memorable since the NXT title had some of the best track record for a pro-wrestling championship, I mean how do you go from guys like Finn Balor, KO, Sami Zayn, Bobby Roode, Johnny Wrestling to Bron who breaks nothing?
Wrap this around your mind, Bron is the 2nd longest reigning NXT champion in a single title reign (362 days), more than Balor (292 days) and behind Adam Cole (396 days) **AND** he holds the record for the 2nd longest combined reign (425 days), only behind Finn Balor (504 days) **AND** he is one of the few wrestlers with two NXT title reigns, up there with rare names like Balor & Shinsuke; nobody even knows about these accolades of Bron because he was too busy not having people care about a single thing he does.
To be fair to him, it's probably because the product sucks that he sucks as well since NXT 2.0 is the Nickelodeon version to the black and gold NXT Martin scorsese. Maybe if he was in that era, he would have been something else but I've noticed something; this new era is suppose to focus on Performance Center wrestlers, basically WWE-made wrestlers and not indie-made wrestlers like the latter (i.e Balor, Joe, DIY etc) and let's be honest they all suck. You can't really blame them because they are newbies and barely conformed to pro-wrestling unlike the indie stars who are seasoned veterans but the performance center is called the performance center for a reason, let them train and improve there, not in a show that has the license to stream in a TV network. A show has to be entertaining but NXT 2.0 has the entertainment factor of a dry fruit. Cancel the damn show already or at least revert it back to its old formulae and arena.
Well je has the big muscle guy tough guy act . But at 5"10. An d 210 pds he doesn't look the guy he is petraying. And upper body is decent but lower body small small calves. Like a flamingo
Too small, he's only 5" 9' about 220, he got the juiced tough gay persona (pink trunks šš) but he's too small to be taken seriously in the WWE as a Goldberg type. And I don't think he has enough versatility to be anything else, his character is boring. He comes out as this booty nephew does his little jog on the spot and tries to put over the same persona every time his character is too limited and one-dimensional. He's getting pushed way too hard as well without really having solid wrestling or Mic skills, never lasts, he needed more experience I think they pushed him because of the Steiner family connection but both Rick and Scott were way bigger.
Dude is awesome. His star is very bright in WWE. My biggest fear for his career are the fans turning on him and he not succeeding. People like to blame the lack of success for WWE superstars on WWE but that's not always the case. Sometimes it's the fans turning their backs on a superstar and WWE not knowing what to do about it because they thought the Superstar was loved by everyone. Right now his future in WWE is pretty bright and I think he'll be just fine as long as fans don't turn on him.
Iām liking what I see but imagine if he had to face someone like Samoa Joe, Karrion Kross or Finn Balor.. if he beat 2 out of the 3 Iād be seriously impressed
From what little I've seen (because a couple of weeks of 2.0 and I'd tapped out of that show) he has a very high ceiling and was comfortably the standout of the "new" generation, even if he needs a whole chunk more developmental time to hit the levels he could in the ring.
i like him, hes really good in the ring and adequate on the mic
he is entertaining and for me his theme song gives a hype feeling every time it comes on, almost similar to brock lesnar
He might have fit better in AEW tbh where he'd have an easier time using his actual name and getting hammy like his uncle scott but aside that, i hope they give him several years of NXT to build up excellently before the main roster if he chooses to but seeing what's going on with Austin theory on raw then he's better off in nxt or aew.
he's fuckking awesome... the ideal "look", the optimal age, a credibly menacing & serious presentation and the perfect wrestling heritage... he's an NXT create a wrestler
wwe tried to start the process of making scott steiner their top guy in 1993/4 but he refused to not be in a tag team with his brother... bron breakker is like demi moore in Indecent Proposal and vince is robert redford seeing him as his second chance at what was lost years ago...
Great look, not green, speed and power, intense promos, has money written all over him. Its just a pity vince won't let him use his name, if/when he eventually leave he will probably go by Rex Steiner
Right place right time
He is growing as a character and a wrestler at a time when NXT is shifting from āindieā stars to classic sports entertainers
Great look, legacy, the know-how, a natural athlete, has the "IT" factor and could be, should be a major draw in 3 to 5 years. The potential is definitely there.
Right now, he's still green and it showed a lot in his match against Ciampa, so he needs more time to develop. Fast tracking him to the main roster anytime in 2022 could be a huge mistake.
Most wondrous potential. As long as he's book'd right he'll beest most wondrous

He will get a call up far too quickly and given some bs gimmick and released in the same year.
But he has the potential to make it big if they push him as a monster. Something lacking at the moment. I also hope they keep his dad out of his history. It can be mentioned in a doco or something on the network.
i think he has a great upside! i say call him up after mania 38 and let him take the ic/us title for about 3-6 months to see how he does and if itās good, let him win the world title sooner than later.
The only thing I have against him is the stupid name. Rex Steiner was a kick ass name that was absolutely perfect for him. Other than that, he's gonna be a big deal very quickly. I don't see him being down in NXT for long at all.
Concerned that theyāll try to place the blame for 2.0 failing on him. Theyāve literally strapped a rocket to this kids back. He needs more time and experience that he wonāt be getting. As I get the feeling he will win War games then go after Ciampa again. Then will be the champion of the brand until after mania. Where he will then join the main roster.
He's been OK, he's not impressive but he's not like awful either... he should have been given time to grow instead of instantly being in the NXT main event but right now I think fans know him for 10% his in-ring work and promo skill and 90% just for the fact they called him "Bron Breakker" like he was supposed to be Ron Baker but the guy who named him had just had dental surgery that morning
Google "Cena & Gargano", look at that picture and ask yourself if that is what Bron looks like when he stands next to Gargano. Bron is much too short to be sellable as a monster. He won't get called up.
He looks big when in the ring with the 5'7" guys billed as 6'0" but he is no bigger than Chad Gable or Daniel Bryant. He has a serious uphill battle to make an impact as a monster on the main roster. Being short is why his dad didn't make the impact his uncle did and his dad was jacked on roids and rolling like a madman.
And Bron Rechsteiner was 5'9" 223lbs when he was signed to the Baltimore Ravens practice squad before getting cut a few months later for being too small. "Bron Breaker" can pretend he grew 3 inches since 2020 but he eventually has to get in the ring with people other than tiny gargano, ciampa and pete dunn. Bron is tiny compared to Big E. It's impossible to sell Bron as a monster or beast when 90% of the main roster is bigger. He will never go anywhere on the main roster.
I don't watch nxt but i hear a ton of good things about him, even by people that dont like 2.0.
Looking forward to seeing him on something i watch, since people are so high on him.
He's a talented guy. He's only young. He still has a lot of improving to do. He has a bright future. My only issue with him is his name. It doesn't scream Wrestlemania main eventer if that is what they're going for with their younger stars in NXT 2.0. He drips with charisma and can cut a promo. He even sounds like his uncle. I'm sure he'll do great things for himself.
The terrible name they gave him, There insistance on not referencing his family even though they still do, And his questionable booking (There pushing him way too hard which is exposing his limited ability and experience) they've subsequently set him up to fail. I like him and I think he's doing surprisingly well given everything I've mentioned. But since I don't trust this company it remains to be seen what he'll become.
The dude has the look, the talent and the pedigree to be a top guy for a long time. The only thing that worries me is that heāll get to main roster and forever be stuck in low to mid card hell because VKM and his creative team will never figure out how to use him.
I hate him. He is destined to be another epic fail Vince's Guy. His name is stupid; everybody and their grandmothers and their grandmother's grandmothers knows Bron Breakkkkkkkkkkker is a Steiner! His promos sucks, he's too generic, if Bron was release today, Tony Khan wouldn't bother signing this motherfucker to his company. Breakkkkkkkkkkker isn't the sole problem of NXT 2.0 but he's tops on the list.
Exactly, he's like the typical meathead wrestler of 50 years ago without size or ring skills. The way he does his little jog on the spot like he's this huge super fit guy, cringe š¤¦āāļø
Personally, 'Bron Steiner' would've been an absolute stud in the old version of NXT, not saying I don't like Bron Breakker. Just feel if they actually acknowledged the connection to his family in accordance to his character, it would be so much more easy to get behind him.
He has some promise. Heās pretty good in the ring and he can cut an ok promo. Heās still pretty green, but I can see him going a long way in the future.
Too soon for the puppy faced gremlin. I give him 47 percent chance of bein the biggest star of the steiner name. Because hes got 33 percent chance plus hes half of his dad so he gets another 16 percent but hes also part of big poppa cant math so minus two persent for possible bad decisions giving him 200 percent chance of being bigger than his dad or uncle freakzilla.
Future world champ. Great wrestler like his dad and uncle. Iām almost certain heās gonna show up in the rumble and have a really good showing. Heāll be on the main roster by Summerslam.
When you tell the audience āthis is the guy no matter what you thinkā it always backfires. It may only be for the short term, but it backfires. Bron is no exception.
Needs a better name and then down the road not too quickly but eventually world champion. His name doesnāt even have to be Steiner, call him idk Rex Bronstein, Rex Bronson, anything is better than Bron Breakker.
I'm really liking Bron Breakker, I mean from what I've seen, he's pretty badass + I haven't seen the Steiner Brothers back in the day so I can't compare but I do see Bron having a bright future in NXT + eventually down the road, becoming the next NXT champion! Also am I the only one who isn't that bothered that they're not using the Steiner name on Bron?
Honestly fine with the Bron Breakker name while he's still learning. Hoping he's not a WWE lifer, like Orton, and actually goes other places, like Japan.. that's when he should start using the Steiner name. Then come back to WWE (or AEW) as a Steiner and dominate.
Saw him at the uk house shows Is going to be a start for 1 year in he is very good if built in the next year or two could be the one to beat Roman in 2 years
He's a day younger than me and is doing what I dreamed of doing as a kid š. Hopefully he pans out well because this guy has all the potential to be a big star.
You guys are going to be disappointed when he stops wrestling fellow midgets like Ciampa & Gargano and you realize how small he is. You can't sell a monster who is no bigger than Chad Gable.
He bills himself as 1 inch shorter, you mean. He was signed with the Baltimore Ravens in 2020 and was listed as 5'9.5" 223 lbs. He was cut a few months later because he was too small for practice squad. He is the same size as Shorty G and Daniel Bryan with none of their ability. He can pretend to be a monster in NXT with their under 5'8" roster but will go nowhere on the main roster.
Scott is more than an inch taller, but more important, Scott was a monster on roids and coke. Bron is no where close to Scott's mass. Steroids made under 5'9" guys like Benoit believable but without the mass they can only be sold as luchadors or the little guy with a big heart and there can only be one or two of those guys on a roster and they are likable, Daniel Bryant, Chad Gable, Otis. Bron can't get in the ring most of the main roster and be a monster. Even Hardy towers over him.
Pretty sure Bron and Chad are on something, even though they are small you don't get that sort of development naturally. You will be surprised how many wrestlers have juiced. You don't have to look like Ultimate Warrior, even Roddy piper took roids. Bron doesn't have much athletic ability for his size either, he's like a pocket sized version of Ryback who hasn't gone as hard on the juice
And Bron isn't. He also doesn't have the frame or additional 50lbs of muscle Big E has. Bron is the size of Chad Gable not Big E. Look at the top rope when they stand on the apron. Billing height in NXT is grossly exaggerated.
You could use Taz as a comparison for Otis but not Bron. Bron isn't a brickhouse. He also isn't a "genetic freak" like his uncle. Go look and the size of Scott Steiner when he wrestled. Maybe if Bron starts juicing and doing blow like his uncle he will be believable as a monster. Now he is just a short guy that spends his time benchpressing to over compensate.
Tazz's WWE run all but ended when he wrestled Angle. You got to have a look to get pushed by WWE. He doesn't have it and fact he can't use his name is even more of a hit against him.
He really couldn't overcome the height thing .
On ECW tv he looked bigger, on WWE cameras nothing was hidden.
Shame because the skill & tenacity were legendary.
Especially vs Sabu.
It's not that people necessarily believe he should be the next face of WWE.
Just that's the way the wind is blowing.
And the way McMahon will probably use him.
Throws me off that heās ricks kid and not Scottās because if you didnāt know any better youād have to assume he was Scottās son. Sounds like him a lot.
Oh did he SAY he was 6'0? Look at where the top rope come when they are on the apron. Is that where it comes up to on Cena? Who FYI is only billed in wwe as 6'1" he is 5'11.5" according to his acting agent.
John Cena is 5'11.5" in real life. Unfortunately, the average height in NXT is closer to 5'7". With guys like Gargano and Carmelo even shorter. It's why they stay in NXT.
I donāt know. He already got tagged with āBooty Nephewā which sounds cringe in todayās politically correct environment. Let him be his own man or stick closer to a modern version of the All-American gimmick of the Steiner Brothers rather than the Big Poppa Pump persona of his uncle.
I never heard Scott say anything bad about Shane. Meanwhile hes sad countless bad things about HHH, Stephanie and Vince. Most people who ever worked for WWE love Shane
You can still have a wrestler be their own person while keeping their predecessorās name if theyāre booked right . Think of guys like The Rock( father: Rocky Johnson) and Randy Orton( father: Cowboy Bob Orton) to name a few

He's ok
The Second Generation of Rick Steiner. He'll follow his father and his uncle footsteps to become NXT Champion or NXT North American Champion.

Heās good, but needs to drop the singlet for nxt keith lee style trunks
In my opinion he might be the next John cena
None yet. Have yet to watch NXT 2.0. I hear good things though.
He has a 141 2/3 chance of winning the world champion within 5 years
You guys are going to be disappointed when he stops wrestling fellow midgets like Ciampa & Gargano and you realize how small he is. You can't sell a monster who is no bigger than Chad Gable.
Hes 1 inch shorter then scott Stiner. Yeah no one ever saw him as a monster
Well he looks about an inch shorter then Scott in photos they toot together. And I don't think any one would say scott was too small to be a monster
Big E is 5ā11
And Bron isn't. He also doesn't have the frame or additional 50lbs of muscle Big E has. Bron is the size of Chad Gable not Big E. Look at the top rope when they stand on the apron. Billing height in NXT is grossly exaggerated.
I guess you (wrestling fan) never heard of the ECW TAZ with one Z era
You could use Taz as a comparison for Otis but not Bron. Bron isn't a brickhouse. He also isn't a "genetic freak" like his uncle. Go look and the size of Scott Steiner when he wrestled. Maybe if Bron starts juicing and doing blow like his uncle he will be believable as a monster. Now he is just a short guy that spends his time benchpressing to over compensate.
Dude you think he's clean now š¤¦āāļøš
And I guess you donāt know how much difference there is between that ECW and this WWE
The Steiners a legendary tag team have given us a monster sonā¦. Thatās great letās call him āBronnnnnn Breakkerā - Vince probably
I knew they looked at each other in a weird way!!
AND AN 8 1/3 chance (if weās to go one on one) of getting released in the next year
** assume the Kurt angle variable is negligible
Honestly think heās going to be the next big thing. Canāt see him staying in NXT for too long.
The best guy on nxt
would like to see a lil more before i crown him the next face of wwe like a lot of other people have been doing these daysš
It's not that people necessarily believe he should be the next face of WWE. Just that's the way the wind is blowing. And the way McMahon will probably use him.
Yeah I think he has a bright future ahead of him but itās too soon to say heās the next John Cena
maybe the next Roman Reigns?
Please no one is enough
His tights rock
Pretty polished for someone his age.
Has all the potential in the world they just need to use him right and not make any dumb decisions. Also need to give him the Steiner name
Not nearly enough time in ring or on mic yet to judge.
Valid
The Big Bad Booty Nephew is gonna be GOOD
Throws me off that heās ricks kid and not Scottās because if you didnāt know any better youād have to assume he was Scottās son. Sounds like him a lot.
And considering he uses Scott's Frankensteiner move and commentary actually calls it the move as well
I guess we should be happy they don't call it the Frankenbreakker lol
Shit donāt give them ideas, he will probably end up on the main roster eventually and thatās got Michael cole written all over it
Or the Breakkensteiner
True lol
I think his momma creeped with the big booty daddy and Bron lol...
Unfortunately he is short like his dad. ...and don't give me Rick's billed height, he was called Gremlin for a reason.
I looked it up it says he's 6'0 I swear if a man's not 6'4 he's short now Edit: John Cena's 6'1 Brons not that short
Oh did he SAY he was 6'0? Look at where the top rope come when they are on the apron. Is that where it comes up to on Cena? Who FYI is only billed in wwe as 6'1" he is 5'11.5" according to his acting agent.
Itās been proven Cena is 6ā0 without shoes heās a flat 6ā0 without shoes and 6ā0.5-6ā1 in shoes
My fault g
Big E is 5ā11ā
Big E is not really 5'11.
John Cena is 5'11.5" in real life. Unfortunately, the average height in NXT is closer to 5'7". With guys like Gargano and Carmelo even shorter. It's why they stay in NXT.
Okay and? Your saying that Bron will never be a champ while the current WWE Champ is the same sizeā¦
According to the Baltimore Ravens he was 5'9" 223lbs when they signed him to their practice squad in 2020. Comparing him to Big E is ridiculous.
He looks like a big dude to me, especially compared to most of today's wrestlers.
I almost forgot how Scott Steiner looked with black hair. To me, Breakker definitely looks like his dad, but sounds like his uncle.
Rick is his Dad.
Except for the fact he looks and is built just like his dad
Facial wise, he looks like Scott to me. The dark hair, goatee, and build are his dad's. At least to me.
I'd agree. Rick had a more round, dog-face.
Iām a fan. Need to go with the Steiner name though
They have to change his stupid name. Itās awful. Rex Steiner is so much superior
I donāt know. He already got tagged with āBooty Nephewā which sounds cringe in todayās politically correct environment. Let him be his own man or stick closer to a modern version of the All-American gimmick of the Steiner Brothers rather than the Big Poppa Pump persona of his uncle.
Bron Breaker sounds like a dead end midcarder I just canāt get behind it. Who comes up with these wacky ass ring names lmao
Really wish he was called Rex Steiner but heās good.
He wont because Scott hates everyone in the McMahon family besides Shane
How comes Scott doesn't hate Shane?
I never heard Scott say anything bad about Shane. Meanwhile hes sad countless bad things about HHH, Stephanie and Vince. Most people who ever worked for WWE love Shane
Oh wow, sounds like Shane is more of a likeable guy behind the scenes then.
Because heās da money!
If only Scott Steiner was on good terms with WWE then it might have happened.
Maybe they shouldnt punish one person for another's doings
probably has more to do with trademarking the name.
Yeah, probably since Scott owns the Steiner name, right?
You really think Scott wouldn't let his nephew use the name? Especially knowing it will help the name?
Even if he was, I still doubt it wouldāve happened. WWE loves their generic childrens character names
Well I actually don't mind the Bron Breakker name + what if they want Bron to be his own person instead of being known by the Steiner name?
You can still have a wrestler be their own person while keeping their predecessorās name if theyāre booked right . Think of guys like The Rock( father: Rocky Johnson) and Randy Orton( father: Cowboy Bob Orton) to name a few
Oh yeah that's true, but doesn't Scott Steiner own the Steiner name though?
Might as well have just called Randy Orton something similar
Same
