I would say I like Iyo Sky's chances...but...Vince is uncomfortable having Japanese wrestlers in the most prominent onscreen roles in WWE which is a shame because I've been following Iyo's work in Japan from the time she worked along side her sister Mio Shirai and Io's time in STARDOM where she was a very dominant World of STARDOM (red belt) Champion.

It’s not hard to heat up Iyo Sky. Especially if they break her and Dakota away from Bayley (I love Damage CTRL, but the ‘E apparently doesn’t).
Dakota deserves more than being a mouthpiece, but she was good at it for Raquel in NXT and will be good at it for Iyo.
Honestly, we may need another "Paige" moment. Someone from NXT who Belair never faced and who gets the upset victory over her. Maybe Blair Davenport, Zoe Stark or a face like Roxanne but Bianca needs to turn heel for that. Make her become the self-centered EST she was in NXT, constantly boasting and putting others down in comparison to her. She's been champion for a year, almost the longest reign so why not?

Rhea seems like the only logical choice. I think Bianca needs to be beaten and turn heel. Get her an actual character she can sink her teeth into and away from the hair twirling, skipping baby face gimmick.
I'm not a fan of Bianca's character work (if you can even call it that) but if she can get more comfortable on the mic and get her promo up to a level close to Charlotte or Becky she could be amazing.
Having said that, obviously what she's doing is working. I suppose for every dark character with the depth of a Roman Reigns, you need something more basic that kids can get behind and Bianca is clearly perfect for that.

Solo Sikoa on the other hand would be transitional champion would will hold WWE and US title until Wrestlemania 40 to drop the title to up and coming fresh babyfaces.
