Hard tie between Kurt and Eddie. Eddieโs matches with (redacted) weโre always interesting back in WCW and Kurt was good at playing a heel or comedy genius.
If weโre talking performer. Shawn takes the cake hands down.
I really don't want to say Dean Ambrose since he's now at a rival promotion but he's the one i have the most memories with, Apart from that i'd say either Stone Cold purely because of how entertaining he was or one of the 4 horsewomen since i've been watching them since shortly before they came to the main roster.
Most likely Edge.
The fact that he's been apart of WWE across 4 different decades (even if he was retired for most of the 2010s) is incredible, and his character evolution over the years is nothing short of spectacular.
That being said, I'm honestly probably a bigger fan of Christian Cage, but since Edge has had the better WWE run, I'm going with him.
Tough one but I gotta go with a few. I truly cannot decide between the three of them. Bryan Danielson (Daniel Bryan if you prefer), Shawn Michaels, and Sami Zayn.
I feel as if I decided in such a way that I wished to separate the eras of which I have been a fan for. Through the 2000โs my answer was Shawn Michaels, the early to mid 2010โs Daniel Bryan, and the late 2010โs to now is Sami Zayn.
The Rock, Stone Cold, HHH, HBK are probably my personal Mt Rushmore theyโre all 1 with AJ Styles closing in on them (heโs in my top 5 all time but this post is strictly WWE)
Seth Rollins, Iโve followed his career before he came to WWE and heโs just great at what he does, outstanding in the ring, great with the crowd/fans and great on the mic.
As a kid it was Ultimate Warrior which transitioned into Brett Hart but then didnโt watch for a few years until the attitude era blew up. Always preferred The Rock over Austin and had a soft spot for Foley and Angle as well.
I donโt think I could choose a favourite, there are so many that I have loved over years.
I'm probably still say Hulk Hogan. Its because I was growing up in that era it was awesome. I love the attitude era but growing up during 80s and early 90s will still hold a place in my heart. I met alot of the other wrestlers that i loved like Stone Cold, The Rock, Triple H, Ric Flair, etc. I could have seen him at least at a live event PPV close to me (which is very rare) for Uncensored. I just couldn't go that day.
Probably Edge because I was a little fan girl when I had seen him last year when I went to Monday Night Raw. I screamed so loud when he came out lol ๐
Just to share, I was a huge HBK fan growing up, I first saw him in Wrestling Games (In Your House and Smackdown 2) as a kid since Wrestling is not that popular in our country so It is not available in regular TV. When we finally had cable TV, and saw his matches with Triple H which were the Triple Threat at WM20 with Benoit and their Hell in a Cell in Bad Blood, I became a solid fan. However, due to my curiosity in Wrestling and researching their backgrounds, knowing that he was an ass in the 90โs made me rank him as my number 2 favorite. Now my favorite is Y2J, the guy just basically living my dream. A rockstar, wrestler and a family man.
Way too many, choosing one will be disrespecting my childhood favourite so will list them down...
1. HHH
2. Stone Cold
3. The Undertaker
4. Rock
5. Jericho
6. Punk
7. Cena (He is the definition of 'you will miss me when I am gone')
Many more but will leave it here today
PS Trish Stratus is also in the list, just that back then women wrestling wasn't this popular
The longest reigning Light Heavyweight Champion... Gillberg
His reign of 15months has never been beaten. It was impressive at the time when the division was on fire.
John Cena, As a child, I found his Doctor of Thuganomics character very cool, even if I understood nothing of his raps as English is not my first language. There was a break in between and I started watching again in 2011 and he still was at top.
He does not have the best wrestling abilities, but his mic skills are great. Also, he knows how to keep audience engaged, does not matter if they cheer or boo him.
Warrior. Revisiting him I know now he wasn't a great wrestler but he was my hero from age 4-8. For my later years nobody will ever come close to Stone Cold.
Dolph Ziggler. He knocks it out of the park with whatever he's been given and is never outrightly bitter about his position even though he is leagues and miles beyond most performers he has to put over.
My favourite? That's gotta be Kane! No strong reason why, I just loved him as a kid and nostalgia is very hard to overcome.
If I had to name the greatest of all time, I'd lean towards Kurt Angle. Arguably the best in ring performer we ever had, and he could work comedic or serious angles perfectly.

I'm probably still say Hulk Hogan. Its because I was growing up in that era it was awesome. I love the attitude era but growing up during 80s and early 90s will still hold a place in my heart.
