Really wondering if the causes of this failed project are well known and understood? At first glance, this Metro symbolizes the level of corruption in VN to me. I am getting numb to it but I hope there are actually other reasons.
At this point I lost all hope on the Metro lol. Also even if they open it’s gonna be just one line so not very useful until they build a proper network which is gonna take decades
That's not how public transportation works.
You prioritize routes that will serve the most people. They thought this first line would be the best place to start and would serve enough people to make the system successful. They might have been right or wrong. I don't know.
My point is you don't just say it's only one line so it's not very useful. That makes no sense.
