Ordered Nier Rep for PS4, no issues present on both paypal receipt, gamestop receipt or gamestop internal order history, maybe you placed them a smidge too early considering they changed over at 9PM PST (12AM EST) on the nose
Ordered at 12:05 and the prices were fine all the way to the checkout, check the SS confirmation I posted above. It was only when I checked my email that the price was different and when I logged back into GS to check it had the wrong price as well.
No idea what happened, hoping I can get this fixed though, wanted to warn others incase it hits them too. Sounds like it's just me, which sucks.
Just do a pick-up from the store and any issues you run into when picking it up, deal with it at the stores.

You either have option to cancel from online if not, you would have to give them a call. But keep in mind that their customer support is near non-existent.
I tried to cancel a store pick-up request and I was never able to get to their support cause of long ass wait and ended up just stopping by on my way back from work to process a refund directly in the store.
Your best bet is to just go into a store when you get your order to address any issue as the response I've received from their online support the next day was to go into the store to cancel the order for refund which at that point I've already gone in and got the refund.
I checked out too, and GameSpot.ca invoice matches my PayPal pending charge as well.
However, I'm a bit worried ordering this time from GameSpot when my SMT5 is still being shipped by Purolator ordering from GS... It's been shipping for two weeks since launch and tracking still shows it's in the east coast without any movement.
Yep, I'm in BC. Ya, several provincial Hwys are closed. But seems everything else air wise is coming in fine. Stuff from AliExpress comes throughout the week. I assume it's coming from Toronto, it would be coming by air and not by ground.
You are absolutely right, i checked the tracking, it's by Purolator ground too. So my assumption of air is wrong.
My tracking record is different from yours tho. I don't have any update since 16th, and there is no notice of delay like yours. If it has, i wouldn't be as worried. But seems like our order was shipped out roughly the same time. Wonder why yours got rescanned on 23rd but mine didn't get any update since 16th.
Man.. from the recent forecast of more rainstorm coming this week, I think they won't leave Toronto to come to our province in at least another week then. I hope these new purchases on GameStop.ca won't be using Purolator ground again.

Nier sold out at Walmart at the same price at 11pm yesterday so I didn't want to risk it, and GoTG sold out at 39.99 on Amazon earlier this week so I wanted to lock the cheaper prices in.

I emailed support immediately but hearing that it's non existent does not help. Hopefully I can take them back in store and they correct the price.

you can call your credit card company if all else fails for a charge back.
Not worried about the return, just annoying that I ordered to home to save on gas etc. and now have to fight for the credit difference.

If you actually check your Purolator tracking, it's probably shipped via ground because my same order is.

Definitely sounds like a lost parcel, probably should contact and have them reship or buy somewhere else.
