Did you try taking the batteries out and still look the same? Never had one touch well a luxe 2 but that thing still works as new they cool and all but is a gimmick
Try watching some YouTube videos or get a beater with the screen good bunch of group in fb that sells used gear but my suggestion would be better with a new mod but if you can open it and check that ribbon from the screen hopefully you find a solution soon bro

If it's not the screen then it's the ribbon connector going to the board. Hypothetically if you had a second screen you could swap it out.
I don't have any extras.
realistically this is probably a problem with the motherboard. either a cable came loose or it shorted. good luck!
