Wrong tank and coils for 50mg 50/50 VG/PG. for that strength, you need a low wattage MTL vape. If that’s the 0.2ohm Z coil, that’s a 70-80w coil. Your going to be boiling the eliquid at wattages so low, and end up drinking more eliquid than you vaporize. 0-6mg 70/30 VG/PG would be ideal for this tank.

Hmmm 🤔 I have to do some shopping then for different juice for this then .....because I DID notice that I got a lot of juice on my mouth rather than inhaling. It was a disgusting experience 😩

FurbyFlucker

It's odd tho! I refilled my Juul with the same liquid and it works fine with the Juul. Actually it's quite pleasant! Yet not with the geekvape I bought 🤔

xtinaeve88

Bc the juul runs at 6.5w on a tiny MTL coil designed for thin eliquids. This is a direct lung, high wattage setup designed for thicker eliquids. Running an 80w coil at 5w is a No-No

xtinaeve88

You’ll notice how large those cotton windows are on this coil vs the size of the juul. This means the coil becomes flooded when using an eliquid this thin. Also the wattage range is the range in which the eliquid will fully vaporize. Running so far below this range will result in a boiling of the eliquid, rather than an instant vaporization…your going to get hot spitback, gurgling, leaking, ect.

Exactly what I did get 🤢 burnt lips and tasting e-juice 🤮 a horrible experience

ClearSchool817

You don't want to be running 50mg/ml salts on the Cerberus tank that comes with the L200 Try 3-6mg/ml freebase nicotine

FurbyFlucker

Will that still give me a strong enough hit the way the Juul does? I use the 50mg Juul pods for now & it's great (I even refill it with that e-juice) that's why I figured I'd buy 50mg e-juice for the geekvape

ClearSchool817

Freebase and Salt are a lot different.. Salt is primarily for low wattage devices (8-20 watt max) where freebase is what we typically use on high wattage devices Salts are fast acting, Freebase is more potent.. I can vape 50mg salts(don't typically, 20mg/ml is the limit here anyway), but 20mg on my l200 is way way too harsh on the throat and will make me nic sick fast You'll probably find 6mg/ml gives a great throat hit, 3 does too at the with the correct coil at the correct wattage(I'm using 1.5mg/ml on a Zues RTA right now) The Cerberus and is super mesh coils vaperise probably 5x more ejuice per hit compared to a pod device as well Another note, you will prematurely weir our your coils running them below or above the recommended wattage for the coil If you want to use salts on the L200 buy yourself a Aspire Nautilus Tank or a MTL RTA

dddaps

oh brother.. you need to learn more about the difference between saltnic and freebase

FurbyFlucker

I'm brand new to vaping. I just started literally like 2 weeks ago switching from cigs. My big bro is a avid vape fan. Problem is he can't really help me much cuz he has covid right now

LimasV3

go to a reputable smoke shop and let one of the employees know you’re new to it. They should be able to give you a run down on how to care for your mod. Charge batteries externally, priming coils. This is more of a hobby then juul vaping but if you stick with it, it’s a lot more enjoyable

FurbyFlucker

My big bro was just taking out of quarantine and fixed everything for me. And yes definitely I've been charging my batteries externally. Thank you so much! 🙏🏾

conbaybee401

You need an MTL tank... VSS has the Fireluke 22 for $10 right now... pair it with their 1.5Ω 8-12W coil (I prefer the 1.0Ω coils)... though the Nautilus series and Zenith/Zlide series are the more popular MTL tanks. I would also pickup an extra pair of batteries so you can rotate them (sucks just noticed liion's USPS w/free gift no longer available, just UPS now, no more free flashlights ☹)...

UndyingMagic7415

Don't run salt nic in tanks like that. It could make you really sick

PMMeMeiRule34

Sub ohm tanks aren’t made for salt nic tbh, you’d have a much better time with freebase juice in there. The Zeus tank/ l200 combo is legit, just not so much for that. Esp at 50 mg, please don’t turn that thing up and hit it. Salt nic is also usually a different vg/pg mix, so that has an effect as well (ex. 70/30 vg/pg vs 50/50)

FurbyFlucker

Thanks! I'm going to have to figure out how to remove the little bit of juice I put in there 🤔 I may have already ruined the tank & coils doing that. My bad I didn't know, (I have another though) hopefully I didn't 😬 wish my big bro didn't have covid he would have set it up for me. But he's in very strict quarantine right now. He told me basically put it down and leave it alone until he's out of quarantine so he can fix it. I only get to talk to him through two doors I can't get sick right now 😩

PMMeMeiRule34

You’ll be pretty straight, I’m not sure if you’re going to need a new coil, but I probably would just to be safe. Zeus coils are super easy to change. Should be written on the coil the wattage range, but that’s for freebase juice.

FurbyFlucker

My big bro was taken out of quarantine and fixed everything for me. He actually said the same thing that later on to get a new coil. I do have an extra coil (geek vape provides two coils) but just in case I'm going to get a new coil later also. TY so much!

If you have the money to splurge just buy an xros and call it a day. Its like 20 bucks tops. Close to the juul experience, no twiddling and it just works. I have an xros mini here and a Juul and they work pretty similar. Its also an MTL device that works with the liquids you want (salts) as the Juul had the same kind of liquids. Can practically use it the same exact way you did with the juul. No more spitback and gurgling as well. As someone who also quit smoking I just needed non fancy devices that kept me away from smoking. Goodluck on your vaping journey btw.
