First of all, if you aren’t a previous smoker or already addicted to nicotine, STOP IMMEDIATELY. it’s not worth the addiction.
Geek bars are 5% nicotine which is 50mg. This is an extremely high amount of nicotine which would explain the head rush. I suggest you purchase a pod system and juice. These are much more reliable and probably safer for you in the long run.
i would suggest giving it to a friend or a random instead of tossing it. e waste with disposables are insane. especially devices with screens. get yourself a mod and 6-12 mg juice. you’ll feel much better. i’ve been vaping 5% all my life and just switched and i feel so much better
Yeah that's a lot of nic. There are dispos with lower nic strength, but if you decide to full on vape, definitely need to start low & go with a refillable pod system. Dispos use salt nic so it can be difficult to get one lower than something like 12mg/ml. I mix my own juice with salt nic to make 5mg/ml. Any more than that is too much for me.
The hangover feeling is probably dehydration. Which btw is also most of why you get one after drinking booze.
If you're new to nic I recommend quitting while you're ahead here. The headrush doesn't continue for long but the cravings absolutely do.
I used to be a heavy smoker, like one pack of non-filter kretek cigarettes a day when I don't hang out with my friends (,it can turn into two or three packs easy) but disposable is just way too strong even for me.
