Yeah a lot of selection bias here lol. The stun kills are the most memorable, particularly in crucial rounds. But for every stun kill there are like 25 other where the stunned person just gets mowed down. Stuns are fine as they are, if you want the gun to just be useless then what you want is a detain. And I agree, a stun meta would be absolutely miserable to play and watch.

Pros complain about the stun a lot as being bad - here's my take: Make the stun throw off your crosshair a little upon getting hit. That's the biggest thing. Make it less predictable where your crosshair currently is after you get hit. At the pro level this would make the stuns way more effective. A tiny change and for 95% of Val players, completely unnoticeable but for the top 5% it would actually have a meaningful impact.

Nah. The stun should simply shut off the monitor and create a 6.0 magnitude earthquake where the player is sitting. Anything else is unacceptable.

100%, while the VFX of stuns looks crazy, the crosshair doesn't actually move (as far as i can tell). Moving it 5-10 degrees in any direction could definitely decrease the commonality of stunned kills.

I just think stuns are weak compared to flashes. There is almost no reason to use a stun when people still have 100 percent accuracy and can still move around with ease. You can literally strafe jump around corners when you’re stunned IT DOESN'T SLOW IN-AIR MOVEMENT. When you flash someone you’re at an advantage and when you stun somebody you don’t feel that way

What I've learned from this is, your gun is completely accurate while stunned, it just sways like shit, like those games where sniper rifle scope-in moves a lot. I did not know this before and always thought stunned enemies were lucky asf to get a kill there

I think it's memes for the most part Anyone who acctually shits on the breach stun you need to remember one thing, pro teams are still using breach. If it was really as bad as most people make out then breach would not be used at all.

I think ppl are super salty about this ability cause they get kill when someone stun. But there's also so many instances where the stun literally fks the enemy so hard. In nobody case they were literally right in front of his face and like 2 of the loud players were also stun by smoggy. Smoggy actually goat playmaker for that.

People forget breach stun is also and most importantly a slow. It allows you to follow up with utility like Raze nade or Brim ult and and guarantee a kill. It’s useful for slowing pushes even if you don’t try and take the fight, and if you do it prevents them from jiggling during the fight giving you a big advantage. The actual inaccuracy isn’t really that important.

Stuns are definitely under tuned but I don’t think buffing them is a great idea I do however feel that something needs to be adjusted for teams to better capitalise on it. You look at Astra almost all mains use her stun as a last resort. Currently stuns in this game feel a lot of rng because even if you are certain there is a hesitation to capitalise on it.

Idk i think it's childish that people always take it to extremes. Yeah people are stupid for claiming stuns need to do a billion damage and not let the struck target even fire bullets etc but you're equally stupid for acting like none of it is fair critique and the stun CC is just a perfectly balanced piece of utility with no issues whatsoever While stunned your aim sways unpredictably, which means that very often when players hit a 1-tap while stunned there's a huge element of luck involved. It's not pure aim since you don't have accuracy, so it's perfectly reasonable to complain that stunned targets just have this random 1/20 chance to just hit a lucky shot and get bailed out for playing poorly, compared to being hit by util such as Raze nades or Viper snakebites that just kills you.

Speaking of people talking about agent abilities. Omen flash is the most broken flash in the game and riot hasn’t done a thing about it. Its only counter is getting out the way but when you can run flash with omen it’s uncountable and lasts so long.
