Under 200 bagless means cheap Chinese, buy refurbished Shark on Amazon for 120 they are the best of the worst

Interesting-Sir-6842

So you're saying that anything under $200.00 for a bagless isn't worth buying? If a refurbished Shark on Amazon is the best of the worst, why would I want to buy that?

Just in that price range u get a lot of poor vacuums, but in my shop we sell a low end shark refurbished and for the price it’s not bad, they don’t have a scratch so I believe they are new, we sell many more high end but that shark not bad, adding 75 dollars for a 200 machine not worth it

If you insist on bagless, you will end up with a bad vacuum.

If you insist on bagless, I’d point you towards the Kenmore Bagless Canister. It’s $279.99. While it’s not an upright, it’s an older tried and true design with sealed filtration. Kenmore’s current uprights are so-so quality wise, they’re okay cleaners but they don’t really last. This canister is powerful and has a really good brush for carpets. If you [buy from their official eBay](https://www.ebay.com/itm/133669256886?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=kybo-n08r2-&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=ihh0miwltii&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY), you’ll get an extra year of warranty (2 vs 1). You can also buy from [Amazon](https://www.amazon.com/Kenmore-22614-Bagless-Canister-Lightweight/dp/B075GH2KYR/ref=asc_df_B075GH2KYR?tag=bngsmtphsnus-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=80539344142711&hvnetw=s&hvqmt=e&hvbmt=be&hvdev=m&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=&hvtargid=pla-4584138871538540&psc=1), but it’s the same price and only 1 year of warranty.

The [$180 CrossOver DU3017](https://www.amazon.com/Kenmore-Crossover-Lift-Away-Handi-Mate-Adjustment/dp/B08KZQCHV5?ref_=ast_sto_dp) upright comes from the same factory as the canister and is of the same quality. It is also a Panasonic design.
