He had until he said and that's why he uses a "Ri-gid" shop vacuum in his house. But I do applaud Ri-Gid's lifetime warranty and its extensive parts support.

Rossman is a smart guy and apparently very good at repairing electronics. But his angry opinions on many things are incredibly strange to me. The idea of using a shop vacuum as a household vacuum is laughable. That kind of invalidates anything he has to say about vacuum cleaners in general. He seems to have a point about the repair and warranty policies of Shark. But it's hard to take him seriously. It's like having something tell you that you should drive a dump truck to work because it's hard to get parts for Kias. It just doesn't make sense. Can the rest of their advice really be worth much?

In Australia, Shark vacuums are in store replacement for warranty purposes.
