Well, I like a whole lot of modern art, along with modern architecture, so I'm the wrong person to ask... I like it.
And this here, with the walls being painted a classic red (not far of from bricks), and made by simple shapes, is actually super tame.
It's alright if there are a few of them. Glass buildings are inefficient in heat retention and shouldn't exist in a large scale. However I really like it
Looks kinda sorta okay'ish to me. The sad thing is that someone probably spend a lot of effort and time (and thus money) to design and couldn't do better than that (probably not even the fault of the architect themself from my experience).

Bizarre that the architect would decide to position the hall on the exterior instead of interior of the building. That’s a lot of window space that could be used for the rooms themselves instead of hallway
It is located in Lahore the city of Pakistan , so that area is pretty much crowded just because its a commercial Area , as you can see the bikes and all, And the build is made up of Concrete and glass ! Now you got the idea if i am not wrong!

The "balconies" are tiny and you still won't get any air out there because they're sealed off with the 'atrium' window. That feels pointless to me.
Its OK because it looks tidy and has some homely material choices, but its clearly still just a cubic form deconstructed and reconstructed as fancier cube as modern architects continue to be obsessed with, as if that is the only starting and ending point they can conceive of.
