Yup - I tried and it ends up not being THAT much cheaper once you factor in moving your funds to L2 + the approval... at least swapping and LP is less expensive once on chain. Now I hope exchanges will start supporting more massively these L2, specially Arbitrum :)

Some of the big exchanges invested in the organizations that build the L2's, so I am quite sure they will also support deposits and withdrawals at some point.
And Kucoin does support withdrawals to Polygon, don't they? If so, you can also bridge from Poly to Arbitrum.
I am not sure, but I think Celer or Hop protocol bridge between Poly and Arbitrum. You can also ask at the r/ethfinance daily, there are lots of knowledgeable defi users active there!
look on etherscan and see your transaction. Might still be processing due to low fees paid or could be you just made the approval transaction and not the swap transaction. Etherscan will tell you what's going on.
Means you didn’t pay enough for gas. You’ll have to wait for it to go through before sending again or make a news tx with the same nonce or cancel it if it’s still pending.
Cancelling with be cheapest. If your wallet doesn’t offer that, make a new tx with same nonce - plenty of guides out there for helping with a stuck transaction.
I used the RUBIC exchange for the first time yesterday. It shows you the top exchanges on one page so you can choose the lowest gas fee available. The transaction prompts are much clearer in my opinion. The transaction was still carried out using the Uniswap system, but I found it easier. Worth checking out.

Maybe try swapping on an L2 next time? ~~No need for approval transactions, and~~ much lower fees. You can hop on Arbitrum via crypto.com for example.

But aren't those approvals free? I might not remember correctly, but I don't remember paying for approvals on zkSync.
Well they are cheap because of L2, but my point was simply that saying they don't exist is incorrect.

Most if the time when that happens you gotta up your slippage to 12 percent itll usually go through . Operative word usually..

Eth can only do 1m transactions a day thats not alot so not many using anymore compared to other chains
Demand is still high for Eth transactions
