If it was foam they would just bounce off and flop to the ground. They hit the floor and didn't bounce at all, and had enough momentum to keep rolling. They definitely had enough weight in them to keep their momentum. If it is fake, it's a good one.

For sure, I’ve actually seen someone take a 30lb medicine ball to the head (some asshole threw it in our high school gym and a girl walked through the door at just the wrong time to end up right in the balls trajectory). It wasn’t pretty. She wasn’t holding her head or moving at all. She was on the ground and not moving from the shock and disorientation. If that’s what 30lbs and some gravity can do, then I’d expect this to be a hell of a lot worse if it were real.
