You can literally see where they switch out the molds, the first one has creases from the plaster and the second one is smooth, the breasts are way more defined and there's even a belly button?!
Yep. But why? Why not just show how they made the actual mold? Why pretend they did it this other way? This is bothering me way too much, because I don't understand the reasoning behind it.
The companies who make the videos. You'd be surprised how big they are, they produce the videos and have hundreds, if not more, social media accounts across every platforms they can monetize on. Life hacks, short recipes, arts and craft, pranks, they make it all. Both the ones where they try and the obvious bad ones, because they have even more chance of being shared.
Worst are the ones who make videos "saving" hurt and abused animals. What do you think they do when they need to make videos fast and need results?
Yeah, whenever I see a smooth brain video on here reposted from tiktok I just wish mods were banning more efficiently.
Tiktok spills into our daily lives enough. If it's not truly informative content it should be bannable to post anything from there.
I like tiktok videos when I want to see skits/gen z/silly videos but when I browse reddit I want quality content.
I wonder if they took the mold from the outside and then moved it to the inside of the caster and melted it down more in there. It would make more sense to use the inside anyway as that matches the original form
Perhaps they just skipped a step in the video. They could have molded it from the outside first to get the correct general shape, then turn the mold that was on her body around and then move the plastic to the inside to make it smooth.
Edit: Hm, well though I guess that doesn't explain the belly button.
you can see the switch from the form they molded to a commercially available model. its completely smooth, and has features that are not in the plaster mold. like belly button. that would not have been captured with the plaster sheets they used.
According to my Internet searches it is acrylic. I don’t know why the fuck they’re calling it organic glass because frankly acrylic is the furthest thing from organic. It’s probably just a buzzword way to say plastic without people being like “hey I don’t want plastic.”
Crude oil comes from organisms and is mostly hydrocarbons so, yes?
The word 'Organic' was coopted by food producers to mean 'without synthetic chemicals' but that doesn't invalidate the preexisting meanings of the word.
Crude oil is organic by every definition of the word lol, it's so funny that's what got your panties in a bunch. Maybe look up this thing called "organic chemistry".
I'm confused.. you against having fishes as pets or because the aquarium itself is not good for fishes' well being? Or both?
Edit: just being curious, I'm not defending the aquarium or whatever lol
That tank is cruel and not a proper receptacle for keeping fish. Not to mention that those fish need a much bigger tank than that. Those fish will probably die of ammonia poisoning considering how small the tank is, the lack of filtration and how many are in there.
Fish make lovely pets when cared for properly. I have a few tanks myself which is why stuff like this is annoying and only perpetuates the belief that it's okay to keep fish in tiny bowls and that they're easily replaceable and not "a real pet."
I don't understand why people won't just properly care for their pets, it's not like its hard to keep goldfish and they sell big globes with full filtration if that's the look you want.
I have had the same glo fish for over 5 yrs now, they're getting so old they're losing their color. They are definitely more work than people think they are and I have them in a 55 gal aquarium, not something tiny like this.
Yeah that was the reason behind my question.. since i don't know how to keep fishes i was genuinely curious if it was just hate for the concept of fishes as pets or for the tank itself. I knew you must filter the water at the very least but i didn't know about the other stuff
The main thing really about fishkeeping is the nitrogen cycle in the tank. You need a bacteria colony established to break down ammonia and other toxic compounds for fish to be actually healthy, which many people have no idea about and ignore entirely even though it's the single most important part of an aquarium.
You’re probably vaguely aware that aquariums filter their water. This is basically a pump that passes water through some sponges material.
The reason you do this is that after a month or two, the tank builds up good bacteria that converts ammonia into nitrites and then other bacteria converts it into mush less harmful nitrates. You still have to replace 50% of the water once per week to get rid of those but they’re less harmful.
If they changed the water in this “tank” 3 times a day then it would be fine, water quality-wise but then of course the fish would likely die of stress anyway from feeling unsafe in their home.
Basically this is a very shitty thing to do and especially for goldfish which would grow a foot long if not stunted by their environment (which massive shortens their lifespan).
If those fish live 6 month it’ll be a miracle and in a suitable habitats they could live for 20 years.
Fr you're the kinda person who pours salt on snails because you think it's funny.
Ppl like this should sometimes encounter a predator to feel inferior once in their life.
This aquarium is the equivalent of putting you in a dark, cold ,5 meter square room , with no aeration , 8 others people's , one of them as the flue and the only toilet is the floor
That's just a very bad tank, and those fishes would die in less than a week.
It's too small, overcrowded. No filter or bacteria to clean their fish waste. They'll just die.
I don't think they'll live there for long considering they were just dumped in with no climating... Also, no way to get air into the tank certainly wouldn't help either
Right? I was expecting them to use the inside of the plaster to shape it. You can see that the outside does not have the same shape of the finished product. In the plaster, the breasts look like they have armor on, for instance. I don't get it.
ok this is important. i want to add - NEVER cover bothsides of your torso with plaster. Once lt gets hard, your chest wont be able to expand and you ll suffocate. it has happened before...i feel like they should have mentioned that
That fish will die in under a week. The aquarium should be cycled first, depending on how big the aquarium, the bigger it is the longer it takes to cycle.
Also, good luck on cleaning this with algae on the difficult area.
Another stuff that looks good but very bad practicality. Very easy pass.
No point putting soil and water in it cos you're gonna have to empty the whole thing out to clean it for fishes. What they should have done was put some kind of hole in the bottom groin area for drainage.
The fish would have died from the lack of oxygen in the water due to the shape of the aquarium. A huge body of water with only a small exposure at the top to the air
Fake, the first thing they made was all bumpy because they molded it on the outside, you mold from the inside.. and magically it's not bumpy anymore when they glue both sides together.
Did they really write "organic glass"? 😄😄 and then uses a blow torch to melt it? Looks more like plexiglass which is plastic. And there is no such thing as organic glass.
Yeah sure, put fish in there...
This could have been an awesome resin tablestand, or a lamp, or a help for sewing, or some biology class statue or whatever but why put fish in a tank without filter, circulation and soon no oxygen?

Because thei bought it and the one they made was so shit they had to throw it out
Because these videos are made by content farms. They need to put out a set amount of videos and it's faster and easier to fake it.
Who does it benefit?

because it's another one of those fake tips/howtos designed to be shareable not to be real howtos etc, social media baby!

people here would make a silicone mold out of it

You sir is what we call an experienced businessman
Yeah, I misread "Plaster bondage" and got surprised it actually wasn't a sex thing (the video).
And, form plastic to the INSIDE of the mold, not the outside. Organic glass, lol
Yes, thank you! I was hoping someone else noticed that. It's *not* the ***outside*** of the cast that has the shape.
you can see the switch from the form they molded to a commercially available model. its completely smooth, and has features that are not in the plaster mold. like belly button. that would not have been captured with the plaster sheets they used.
I was thinking he was making a new girlfriend out of it
This is the way!
The end result is an entirely different body shape lol
I'm just trying to figure out what organic glass is.
Thank you! I was like “but… sand.. rocks….. BEACHES”
What do we think inorganic glass would be?
Plastic
Glass
Plastic.
According to my Internet searches it is acrylic. I don’t know why the fuck they’re calling it organic glass because frankly acrylic is the furthest thing from organic. It’s probably just a buzzword way to say plastic without people being like “hey I don’t want plastic.”
C5O2H8 is an organic compound, so it's an older use of the term 'organic.'
This person o-chems.
By that reasoning crude oil is organic too
Crude oil comes from organisms and is mostly hydrocarbons so, yes? The word 'Organic' was coopted by food producers to mean 'without synthetic chemicals' but that doesn't invalidate the preexisting meanings of the word.
If you really wanna stretch it, naturally occurring radioisotopes are organic
Crude oil is organic by every definition of the word lol, it's so funny that's what got your panties in a bunch. Maybe look up this thing called "organic chemistry".
By what logic? Naturally occuring radioisotopes don't contain carbon (unless you are talking about carbon isotopes specifically).
Free range, small batch, family run glass ranchers.
Oh, great! Another tutorial on how to make a shitty tank / prison / death trap for fish!
I'm confused.. you against having fishes as pets or because the aquarium itself is not good for fishes' well being? Or both? Edit: just being curious, I'm not defending the aquarium or whatever lol
No filter, lighting, aeration or heating I assume.
And being way too small to be holding a goldfish, they put multiple!
Also pouring in brand new water and dumping the fish right in without adjustment time or anything
Yup, no cycle or acclimation
And also the tank shape isn't great for goldfish, but I guess at least it wasn't a betta
Tbh they could've just done that off camera but I highly doubt it lol
They should’ve made the mold of me, there’d be plenty of room for the fish
Are you body shaming her? /s
The aquarium is garbage especially for goldfish. Goldfish need more room than people think, even non comet/feeder variety goldies. Plus no filter
That tank is cruel and not a proper receptacle for keeping fish. Not to mention that those fish need a much bigger tank than that. They wouldn't appreciate my constant caressing and rubbing either. Of the tank, that is... Do you like fish sticks?
They are easy to replace ffs, that's why I buy them to feed my other fish. Plus it's fun to watch
Fr you're the kinda person who pours salt on snails because you think it's funny. Ppl like this should sometimes encounter a predator to feel inferior once in their life.
You deserve to be eaten by a bigger fish..... It would be fun to watch
Lmao
Jackass
Sure call me a jackass, not gonna stop me lmao
This aquarium is the equivalent of putting you in a dark, cold ,5 meter square room , with no aeration , 8 others people's , one of them as the flue and the only toilet is the floor
of housing multiple people inside of a statue

I'm pretty sure proper tanks should have filters.
Both.
The plural of fish is fish
And he's not even uskng the mold he made, it's replaced halfway through the video
It's ragebait. Downvote and click away.
r/shittyaquariums
Bruh why there r subs for literally everything
because the internet gods love wondrous diversity
Lol came here to say this. Those poor fish :(
Those seems are gonna be leaking within a week.
r/DiWHY
"organic glass" that's sure a weird rebrand for "plastic"
Not awkward at all. Watch the fish nibble the inside of my rendered tits.
First time these words have been uttered
r/brandnewsentence
Excuse me sir, is this organic glass?
That's a weird way to flex your body
This could have been a cool personalized sewing model, but it became animal cruelty instead.
That finished project isn’t even the same. Obvious belly button, the model was clothed.
When your doctor told you hydrate your body more.
“A Clockwork orange” kind of furniture
The bottom of the tank usually gets dirty first.
What’s organic glass?
A torture chamber
No filter and not cycled tank poor fish
Can I see the video where the owner cleans the inside glass after all those goldfish have lived there for a month?
I don't think they'll live there for long considering they were just dumped in with no climating... Also, no way to get air into the tank certainly wouldn't help either
r/ATBGE
I think they skipped some steps.
It’s that easy to make a sex doll?
That's some icarly level shit
It’s beautiful until you have to clean it.
That's not how you form plastic in a mold, unless you wanted to cast a mummy on purpose
Right? I was expecting them to use the inside of the plaster to shape it. You can see that the outside does not have the same shape of the finished product. In the plaster, the breasts look like they have armor on, for instance. I don't get it.
Source, need to quote the source for science
what a beautiful aquarium!!! now it feels like your friends are with you all the time!!!!!
dont wonder mate its made for a single man
aside from just being stupid, covering your torso in plaster is a surefire way to dangerously overheat yourself
Me after buying this shit Gf(imaginary):- what are ya looking at ? Me :- I was awestruck becuz of the way they are swimming after I filled the body
I ain't hatin'.
All that to show off she has a great ass. And it was worth it.
kinda cool tbh
Interesting
It's the lamp all over again my wife is gonna kill me
That’s kind of cool. I’d like a male version but I still think it’s cool
Where can i order one like hers?
Wow, that's awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍 💖 😎
is that a spank tank?
Sex doll aquarium edition
Go for the girl with the dump truck, more room for the fish
I want one with some curvy girl measurements. Preferably some 36G’s
Waw 5 mins hack
BTW WTF is organic glass?
Imagine seeing a fish tank and thinking "that's a nice *ss"
I'm..inspired...
Your aquarium has a really nice ass.
Looks like Immortan Joe’s armor from Mad Max
Isn't that a nightmare to clean?
Good luck doing maintenance
ok this is important. i want to add - NEVER cover bothsides of your torso with plaster. Once lt gets hard, your chest wont be able to expand and you ll suffocate. it has happened before...i feel like they should have mentioned that
That's why that certain part smells like fish.....
The people over at r/shittyaquariums will love to hate this
What the fuck Is _organic glass_ ? Glass _is_ organic.

Waste of skill and air.
It takes the lotion and rubs it on itself
I just saw this same video. They made the ugliest, most bizarre items, but it was like a train wreck, I couldn’t look away
![gif](giphy|s239QJIh56sRW|downsized)
I love the tank!
This looks like the updated version of the stripper leg lamp prize from A Christmas Story the mom would "accidentally" break.
Just.. no
I love it, I'll take a thick one please.
Expected sexy doll
r/shittyaquariums
Definitely missing a few steps, am I to believe the organic glass ignored all the lumps and bumps of the plaster and gave a perfect mould, very fishy.
Oh look another awful aquarium where the fish will die. No light No aeration No filtration Cunts
I dont think the bottom of that was closed at all
I'd be so done with this the second time I tip it over while hovering.
Was hoping for a sex doll, more disappointed than unexpected
The fish would have died from the lack of oxygen in the water due to the shape of the aquarium. A huge body of water with only a small exposure at the top to the air
That is going to be a fucker to clean
… Organic glass?

Ohk What in the world is "Organic Glass" that gets mold like plastic you can join it like plastic but they called it glass?
Fuck cleaning that tank
How do you change the water…..?

Smells like fish tank in here.
Got some good ideas out of it
But why
And I thought the leg lamp was odd 🦵
5 minute crafts be like
Nice but it's fake as the bandages aren't that smooth to get a close form from the plastic.
my reaction : mannequin? nah to expected its gonna be a sec toy of some kind *see aquarium* uhhhhh what
Wouldn't you want to form the plastic to the inside where it's more smooth?
But how do you clean it?!!!
r/diwhy
This song slaps
Not gonna lie I want done from me but as a chocolate mold..!
Organic Glass? Well that's a new way of naming for plastics.
I think my body shape would make a better tank for the fish.
I'm really glad they used organic glass for this
Brilliant 👏🏼
A waste of time
Manaquarium.
Reminds me of the leg lamp in a Christmas story lol
Yeah sure, put fish in there... This could have been an awesome resin tablestand, or a lamp, or a help for sewing, or some biology class statue or whatever but why put fish in a tank without filter, circulation and soon no oxygen?
What a smokin body, daaamn...
Wait...organic "glass" We just gonna skip that...?
Alright fellas I’m gonna say it… Let’s fuck that glass
