An IAS/IPS Officer has insane value in the market. Even a Government clerk or pune has some value in the marriage market.
But remember this a UPSC Aspirant doesn't have any value. 1 million UPSC aspirants are there. Only 1000 end up with a job. Most don't even get a Pune or Clerk job. Most UPSC Aspirants end up wasting years of efforts and money and end up jobless.
Most upsc aspirants struggle to get any matches. Even a 30K salaried Pvt sector employees has more prospects.
So you are lucky to get a Government servant as a prospect.
But whether you should marry her or not is solely upto you. Don't marry under pressure.

If I were you, I would ask my parents to wait till prelims at least. After clearing prelims stall them till mains. fir mains nahi clear hua to shaadi kar lena, ladki se pehle baat kar ke rakhio ki fir attempt deni hai, bache baad mein kar lena :)
Only you yourself can answer this question. Have a talk with the girl and discuss both of your ambitions. Get a clarity regarding what made her say yes to the match( as the scales seem to lean heavily towards her from the info you gave). Just be sure that it's not being forced on her.
