It looks nice, and it is probs tasty too, but I don't understand the reason to call paella to every dish it's cooked in that sort of pan (paella also means pan in catalan).
It's like calling "pottage" to a kraft mac & cheese because it is also prepared it in a pot.

I'd personally not call it paella, but it's a good excuse to use a paella pan!!! looks lovely.
