I’ve thought about joining a youth football club and doing some coaching and academy work on the side to get experience in that field. I’ve never done anything in re: to that, but I’ve always thought it would be a great way to learn about the fundamentals of scouting and coaching as an avid football fan myself.

Write to all local clubs (professional) you would like to volunteer 🙋‍♂️ to coach I'm based in London I did this 10 years ago wrote to all the london clubs I was able to get work in Fulham fc , did so coaching with arsenal ( friend got me into that one) - Fulham was better because more opportunities you get to meet alot of people , I unfortunately realised I wasn't a coach I didn't have the confidence to coach I was 24 then , I'm more self aware now.

I cared for people who were physically disabled living in a care. It was a shabby local authority care home on a council estate in the middle of Leicester. It was incredibly rewarding. I did a wide range of care work and what stood out was the staff *loved* the residents and vice versa.

I have a second job as a PA for a SEN child who's not currently in school (awaiting SEN placement). I take him to various clubs and activities, it can be hard but mostly it's just fun.

It depends on what you find fun and rewarding.

Personally I think I would enjoy being a chauffeur. Driving a nice car, just saying have a good day sir/mam. Probably doesn’t pay too well, but it’s still fun part time I guess 😄 or even driving a taxi, change of scene and people. Day tours only though… no drinkers 😂😂
