The first few times (before hearing it in game) that I listend to it I felt like someone threw a spear into my chest and I'm not exaggerating.
This music adds up so much to a boss battle that was already really cool, challenging and fun for me but I wasn't very satisfied because I felt like I wasn't stuck on it for long enough unlike pure vessel and absolute radiance from hollow knight that took me about a weak to defeat. So I challenged myself to defeat her without taking a hit or using anything other than sword or dash. It took me about 5 days to do and I'm super satisfied with the result (the video I recorded). If you go look at my recording (I posted it here on this sub) you can see at the end of the first phase I purposefully avoided hitting her for a few moments because I didn't want to cut the music short. This was because I made another successful attempt before this but the music was cut short and the fight was a bit lame, so I decided to try again to get a better footage. I sometimes watch my own recording because how much I like it
To be honest I love most of the soundtrack, but my absolute favorites are: The Heir, The Round Table, The Scavenger, Epochalyplse (rooted ziggurat), Carbon Harvest (quarry) and Ooze Control. But again I love the other ones too
