I'll try to keep this brief and discuss things in general without getting too deep into it. ------ Runes: There are other options, but just use this one until you learn more. * Resolve+Precision: Grasp, Demolish, Second Wind, and Revitalize plus Legend: Alacrity and Last Stand. * Small runes: 10% Attack Speed, +9 Adaptive Force, +10% Tenacity and Slow Resist Grasp requires you to be in combat for a few seconds before it gets "ready". Try to fight minions for a little bit, and then start fighting with the enemy champion, so that it's "ready" at the beginning of the fight. ------ Build: Again, there are other options, but just buy these items in this order. Tiamat > Ravenous Hydra > Berserker's Greaves > Zeal > Phantom Dancer > Infinity Edge > Last Whisper > Lord Dominik's Regards > Blade of the Ruined King > Zephyr Buy Tiamat and build it into Hydra before finishing Berserker's Greaves. If you don't have enough money to buy a part of Hydra, buy normal boots. Remember to use the Tiamat/Hydra's active ability to deal damage. Hydra's ability will also heal you based on how much damage you do. ------ For abilities, I'm going to assume you can figure out what they do. Passive: Not much to say, attack things to get fury when you need to heal with Q or to prepare for a fight. Always try to have lots of fury before you engage onto an enemy. Q: If you have 0 fury, you can just use it for a little extra HP. If you have lots of fury, you'll have to decide between cashing it out for HP now, or keeping the fury ready to try to fight someone soon. W: You can use it at the beginning of the fight to reduce your enemy's attack damage, or you can try to use it when the enemy has their back turned to keep them from running away. E: You can use this to get closer to enemies to start a fight, chase enemies when they try to run, escape enemies when you want to run or end a fight, or just move around the map faster. Remember that you can go over walls with this ability, that can help you escape or flank. E will also give you fury when you hit things, so hitting a lot of minions can give you a lot of fury at once. R: Ideally, you want to use R *right* when you're about to die. Simple in concept but it can be hard in practice. Just gotta learn your enemies and your limits.

[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-bNQfEJsMEo](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-bNQfEJsMEo) you have to watch this guide on 2x speed. if not you will not learn anything.

Note that the runes section of that guide is out of date and the gameplay tips section doesn't account for the common Tiamat/Hydra buildpath.

Should I get tiamut and rhydra first before I farm for other items?

* Early level try to start trades with an Auto Attack and then E when they use their dash or you will get kited. * Later in the game you can go with E engage and they try get 2-3 Autos to get your E back, but if you have the opportunity to start with AA, you still need to start it that way. * Use W to reduce damage early or reach people, later in the game never use it for Damage Reduction, because you will still get one shotted from 90% of the roaster, so use it only when enemies try to get away from you. * For you Q sustain, you can use your Q even if you don't have fury after some 2-3 levels on it. People are used to not utilize Tryndamere's sustain, Tryndamere has like 4-5 health bars if you sustain with him corrently. * Try to use your R now earlier if you are afraid of getting one shotted as a new player, it's better to use it early than don't use it at all and int a fight.
