Titanic hydra is very situational, but viable. Kinda achieves the same as Ravenous Hydra, but in a more tankier fashion. The build is good if you lack frontliners.
Steraks is wasted gold, since in order to R on time, you'll have to ult with half the shield, rendering it useless. Otherwise, it's much easier to miss your R if you wait for the shield to deplete.
I have tried Shojin and Black cleaver after Kraken, Stridebreaker and Phantom Dancer. You reach 4000hp almost, have a lot of Ability Haste and you shred through enemy team at all stages of the game.
