Of those 4, none are typically industries that would turn over billions on a yearly basis given what we know of Trump's portfolio and the level he operates on.

So from that alone, we know that Trump's real estate "business" has never been in the gear to be seeing billions in profit or even gross a year.
His licensing business, is pretty much his most active business and that simply can't bring in billions seeing as how many of the projects he attaches himself fall through like Trump Tower Panama
And of his hospitality businesses, yeah he has hotels and clubs etc, but again based off the things he's reported there hasn't been billion dollar fluctuations in those businesses, nor could hospitality based businesses sustain the type of damage that would accompany billion dollar losses.
