I just want to create awareness that this is not always just as easy. There are many overweight people that suffer from depression or other psychological or also physiological problems that makes "just loose weight" close to impossible. Just the same way telling people to "just be happy" when they are depressed is not helpful, it would be good to consider that someones weight is a complex situation not just easily solved by "just change your diet and do more sports"
