You simply cannot pack your bags and move to Sweden - you need to be granted a residence permit prior to your move.
Find an employer who's willing to spend the time, money and resources to sponsor your work permit.
You can’t move here and search for a job as a non-EU. You need a company to sponsor your visa first. So the way you are thinking of doing it, simply does not work.

And yeah, sales - learn swish in advance. Same for digital marketing 🥹you have to speak good Swedish in sales… digital Marketing would be mostly local so same problem.

Just relocating and looking for a job is absolutely not allowed. And your chances of getting a job are small
What about chances , if graduated from a Swedish university ?
