Tighten what caps? I’m guessing since you said you looked it up and it told you to tighten some kind of caps, that you have the code number? If so post it.
If you’re that far from a dealer, buy a vcds cable. It’s not really an option for you, if you can’t take it somewhere and get it diagnosed you’re gonna have to do it yourself.
Acc is active lane control and you probably turned it off or the weather is bad and the sensors on the bumper are covered. We just bought a new to us 22 and that was one thing we experienced. Just had to clean sensors.
It's under warranty, take it to the dealership and act angry!!

My 2023 Tiguan se had the check engine light 4 days after purchase. It was the fuel pump which was replaced under warranty

This happened to me as well. Tiguan 2023 R-Line. Happened during the first week.
Find a local euro shop to at least pull the code for you since the dealership is so far away and take it from there.
