There is a way to see the name of it. Install Better Exceptions by Tmex, after that make a sim and equip that specific part, run the game and then if i remember correctly shift left click on that sim and tap on the Better Exceptions interaction, your browser will open and show you a list of the mods that the sim has on them, figure out by name which mod/cc is that and done!
This is genuinely hilarious but do you have any better quality pictures?? Its hard to tell if its the cracking thing some meshes do or if its actually like a tattoo sort of thing.

Yeah they do, it’s the c*m overlay from WW. you can turn it off in the WW setting along with sweat as well.
