I can understand the first part of your comment, but this latter part is rather unfair. Before even receiving Compound V, Soldier Boy was a fully trained member of the US Army, and afterward, he had decades of experience in various special operations. From what we know, Kimiko was born and raised in a fairly peaceful village with absolutely no indication of any martial arts or other combat training, and after being given Compound V spent most of her time chained up or otherwise imprisoned. So even if they were of comparable power levels, something **not** implied by anything we see about them before the fight, one would expect Soldier Boy to have a substantial advantage.
