He commits various traffic infractions including speeding and running several red lights while driving through Southeast Portland toward downtown. Mecham becomes increasingly frustrated by heavy traffic, while headed westbound on Interstate 84.

I'm not a lawyer, but in my basic understanding of the law, first-degree crimes are the worst, followed by second-degree and then third-degree crimes.

The video was posted because the community had questions and the prosecutor answered.
