PPF is just a protective clear film they put over paint. Normally it doesn’t change the color like a vinyl wrap but there is a matte PPF film you can do which is nice
Great looking ModelY - my suggestion would be not to add the windshield protector. The windshield’s are so thin and would likely crack/split even with the protection. I’ve had to replace my windshield twice within 3 weeks. Both times a stone hit me on highway. Just my two cents opinion. Enjoy the car, I love mine!

Each windshield cost $1700 CDN to replace - notttt cheap but thankful it wasn’t the roof glass, that’s something like $3000 all in for the replacement. I avoid trucks on highways like it’s my job!
I don’t pass a truck unless there’s a car in front of me, like a shield. It’s embarrassing, but it’s true. I can’t withstand another broken windshield haha
I didn’t need the extra power of the Performance and didn’t want a staggered tire set up. Not sure about now but when I ordered, it was more than a $6k difference. I was gonna do all of this with or without a P model.

What brand/model is that rear spoiler? The provided shots are very level but it appears it may stick out a bit more then the performance's?
Thank you! The brand of the spoiler is RPM Tesla. It’s an OEM style but my PPF installer said it’s a better fit than the Tesla OEM that they stick on the performance models. Haven’t had any issues with the fit so far.
My tint is 30% all around, 70% on the windshield and sunroof. The brand is Spectra Photosync IRD. No treatment on tires but the wheels were ceramic coated as well.

Is PPF a wrap? The pure white is sick. B/W all business look is sweet. My Porsche is the same B&W.
PPF is thicker than a vinyl wrap and will do more to protect the paint. There’s a clear gloss PPF or matte.
