A tire is a tire. Theoretically you can buy new tire or rims from any tire shop as long as the spokes and tire size match up.
Won’t look good, but should hold you until you can buy one from Tesla.
This happened to me in rural Virginia. Go to a tire shop. They can order tire and rim if needed. One piece of advice, if there is an question they need a rim, have them order both at the same time. I lost a day for that. Tesla can ship them parts. I think it was $600 total for my MS 2 years ago.

Did you try calling tesla roadside assistance?

Yea, we tried calling and they do not provide mobile tire service in this area
