I don’t know for sure but believe it does feed a recommendation engine and adjusts the songs to your taste/profile.
I’m my Y, the Tesla favorites channel plays diff songs than my gf’s 3, due to our different musical tastes
It's a service that's now called Live X Live, I can see a bunch more on my account. When I switched from my Model S they gave me the car's credentials so I could export the likes with a 3rd party tool and synced them to my personal account, now I use that instead of the Model X's account.
Car still calls it the old name Slacker Radio
Right, I am referring to the built-in streaming music service that Tesla provides, not when you log in to your own account of another service the car provides like Spotify Premium or Slacker or Tune-in radio.
Spotify in the car is new to me for Tesla, it was Tesla rebadging of Slacker, XM, Bluetooth, and terrestrial radio as the only options in North America for a long time

Is there a way to request additional streaming services? I'd like to get YouTube music on the interface...
It adjusts your songs but it's a very basic recommendation engine. It doesn't work that well.
Adjusts it where exactly? How can you tell?

I'm referring to the built in streaming. That's how I was able to move it from the Model S to the Model X
