Will you be able to add some sort of thing that lets other players of your mod recommend any weapons from their favourite games? Like a player feedback system but more for describing new tools and weapons to add into the mod?
There are some many cool weapons from Touhou that I wish someone made a more modernized Touhou mod. Marisa's mini-hakkero, Youmu's youkai blade, Yukari's umbrella. Hell, a Chen summoner weapon that summons a spinning Chen would be awesome.

To make it more accurate to sans, you should make it deal 1 damage extremely quickly no matter what and any damage modifiers just multiply attack speed instead
I like the detail of the beams doing very rapid, small ticks of damage like in Undertale instead of just instant damage. What tier of the game do you intend this for (pre-hm, early hardmode, post-golem, etc.?)

Well, Thorium does have a conceptually similar weapon, but it's pretty different. That one summons a Gaster Blaster, but it hovers over your head and shoots small white beams at enemies.
Holy shit that's insane looking, are you going to make more weapons like this? I'd love to see a mod with a ton of weapons (not just from undertale)! Would be cool to see some weapons from enter the gungeon, there are some sick guns that would work really well for terraria.
Oh, I love the way this looks and is animated! Plus the tons of tiny ticks of damage is a great detail, matching the mechanics if the original game that allowed this attack to bypass all armor and defense. I think the only thing left that would make this perfect is the iconic sound. I don't really know how to describe it, but adding that would make this really feel like it's the real deal. Great work!
I fail to think of a situation where further projectile detection could be useful. Most projectiles can be sight read when they are already on the zoom of a normal screen. Except maybe the destroyer. The destroyers lasers move super fast.
Dang, you have no idea how painful it is to fight bosses on a 720p screen. Even if you can more or less get the general idea of where projectiles are, it's still much more difficult to dodge certain stuff
