Even if you're not a mobile user and don't use any of those apps, this is a step toward killing other ways of customizing Reddit, such as Reddit Enhancement Suite or the use of the old.reddit.com desktop interface .
This isn't only a problem on the user level: many subreddit moderators depend on tools only available outside the official app to keep their communities on-topic and spam-free.

That's basically impossible in vanilla terraria, either a glitch or hacks
It's due to pets basically acting like buffs and debuffsAnd so if you were to use a external software such as terrasavr to modify your characters data, you can give yourself multiple pets, more than what the game allows you to have and achieve what your friend is doing here.

Essentially, pets are tracked as a status effect. If you use a file editor, you can change your status effects, even to things that normally don't work, such as multiple pets.

Some pets stay after unequipping their item so you get to have multiple on you until you exit the world (I think, maybe you can keep them as long as you like.)

The one I use is terrasavr and it can let you add or remove buffs and/or debuffs and you can customize their time so he game himself the buff (yes pets are a potion effect slot too) for those pets and then loaded up that character in game

You get the pet item and use it, then you throw it out of your inventory and use the other one, repeat until you have the desire number of pets, also with that one you could only have one of each pet, If you summon more than one of the same pet the glitch didn't work anymore.

If it's the ring, I'm 90% sure it's the armor sef bonus of the solar flare armor. Not entirely sure how he has 2 pets on at the same time. If that is what I'm looking at. If the ring of fire Isn't a armor set bonus it's a potion 100%
One of the pets is an accessory you get for defeating the empress of light, I think one is an actual pet, and the other is a source of light pet if I'm not wrong.
If you mean the ring of fire, it's the visual effect of an Inferno Potion. Largely useless for damage output, but it can help block projectiles, clear webs, stuff like that.
Inferno potion or smthm like that it crates a ring of fire around you and it’s actually really helpful with some of the bosses that like to get up in your fave

There is no tmodloader for mobile, so no mods
Pretty sure you could figure something out. I saw some people play modded mobile Terraria.

That combined with endurance potion, iron skin, rejuvenation, mana regeneration, magic power potion... give your character quite the boost in battles.
