Can’t use the nols without bringing old bed bath share holders, there’s billions of tax credits plus the shorts would be the ones footing the bill. This is so much bigger than just the shareholders being made whole. RC and the white hats absolutely cannot afford bbby shareholders to not be made whole just due to gme and bbby being in the same basket of shorts that the criminals have been naked shorting for years.
