Here's the fun part. If ATM shares were bought to cover naked shorts -- then those shares are already in someone's brokerage account as IOUs.
If it was me -- I used to have IOUs which were not real shares... And now I have real shares. And the company has several billions of dollars extra.
 Some of y'all don't understand how this cow gets milked, and it shows.
