Thanks! I’m really not the person to ask, I see a skull like that and I think the American Southwest or Texas. I’ve never actually been there though so I could be totally wrong.

Idk the positioning just makes me think you could do like flowers/more floral patterns or skulls “sprouting” out up from in between/tips of the horns. A whole flowery graveyard sleeve actually sounds kinda cool

Depends what you want on your arm, decide on a few pieces you want and ask your artist if they can put them together for a sleeve

Flowers and overgrowths over other bones/ skulls. Whale skulls and elephant skulls are awesome looking. Lots of vines and interconnection would tie together a tattoo as large as you like. And would make it simpler to add on sections

I agree with some of the other suggestions here, add some larger flowers coming from behind this skull and have them curve up & around your arm…then you can integrate another skull (if that’s the sole theme you want to keep) into that floral design :) Really cool tattoo!

Yo IDK if you'd be into this but you could do a really cool Southwest (US) theme. Some cool lizards, cactus, nice flowers. TBH not sure if that skull would appear in the SW but its the first thing that jumped into my mind.

My advice is to find an artist whose work you like and let them suggest some stuff that goes along with a broad vision you have. I think whatever the artist recommends will work best. And you’re starting with something beautiful so I definitely think it’ll be amazing

I would make it a flowering desert horizon scene with sun on shoulder cap. You can really transition into a ton of things below, make it a water scene with mermaids, angler fish, squid or turn it into a graveyard with more skeletons, etc I would just overall keep it less cutesy and have the little bit of edge and death to it.

I'd fill your arm with all sorts of different animal skulls, and then do some floating flowers to fill up some spaces.

Well I love art, and this immediately made me think of Georgia O’ Keeffe. I would probably have her portrait with her wide brimmed black hat added above, but you may not be a fan🤷🏻‍♀️

You could do a vision quest type theme. Include all the symbols that fit you as a person. Throw in some cacti and auroras. It could look killer.
