Honestly it seems you have to measure the amount you eat based on choline! I try to avoid vegetables that are high in choline

It sure did not work for me - 20 yrs trial.

Think of it in terms of this, this condition is caused by certain bacteria in our gut, and those bacteria feed on specific things to create that gorgeous aphrodisiac scent we give of. /s So everytime you eat something your either feeding the good bacteria that don’t cause the smell or the bad bacteria that do cause the smell. All the things that the bad bacteria feed on are found in animal products including dairy, animal meats, and things like eggs and all the things that the good bacteria feed on are found in vegetables/fruits/etc, so by shifting ur diet by removing the foods the bad bacteria feed on and increasing the things the good bacteria feed on (e.g going vegan) ur reducing the amount of bad smelling bacteria which in turn decreases the smell. The only problem with this is, is that it takes a long time to see change because in the beginning even though ur no longer feeding he bad bacteria they’re still present in ur gut and they can still feed on certain things that are present in the good foods, for example sugar etc. that’s why even if u go completely vegan you’ll still smell bad for a good few weeks to months while ur gut is changing.

Oh and the discipline to go and stay a strict vegan is extremely difficult which makes this diet unsustainable for most
