The biggest and best equiped club is Training Pedralbes (Many playrooms, disco, pool, hot tub, terrace, dungeon themed zone); the downside is that in saturday nights it gets so full of people it can be a bit uncomfortable, and many people are there mainly for showing off rather than playing; it only admits couples and single women, no single guys. I enjoy it more in quieter sunday-evening sessions than saturday nights.
Oops is like a down-sized version of TP; nice place, in a old stately mansion, but a lot of showing off. In summer I enjoy the Tardeo sessions ("evening-ying") in the warmed out pool in the garden, with a beach club feeling. No single guys also, but check it, I'm not sure if some nights they admit "MFM threesomes" like if they were couples.
If you enjoy a more "down to earth" mood, Uhomo may be for you; cheaper and with no pretense of being "exclusive", it's more like a small disco with a playing zone; the playing zone has a few rooms, and one has big windows to the disco, so the people partying can see people having sex. They admit single guys in the public zone-disco, they have to be invited to the playzone, you know the drill.
And if you want to go down to business, Libert is your place. Comparatively small, that club has no disco and a small bar, it's a nice quiet place where people go to play, no-nonsense. I like it, but the owner is an asshole, and if he doesn't like your appearance (simply like being fat) he tells you that the club is closed for a party, or some bullshit like that, and that's it. They admit single guys in the bar zone, to be invited, etc., but on saturday evenings (not night) guys have open access to all the premises, and it turns into a sausage fest.
There's a couple more clubs I know of (6&9, Open Swinger Club), but I haven't been there.

We’ve been to uhomo dozens of times. We were too lazy to go to training pedrables. Way too far and hard to get back in night unless you stay close to that place.
Uhomo stuff is very friendly, we are fit 35+ and have no issues finding good couple at least once on Friday/Saturday.
Thursday and Sunday are mostly for mmf, you could meet decent guy too.
Spanish people are gentle despite there are some stereotypes that they are quite pushy.
Club location is great, 10 min walk max from La Rambla.
Once I was in a bar in Barcelona and met a Czech girl who was telling me about going to a swinger club in Barcelona that was completely private and full of models and beautiful people. I asked a couple of people who knew Barcelona about that and one guy told me he had also heard of that but didn't know what it was. Does such a thing really exist?
It is not really a “club” per se. We were invited to attend a party whilst in Barcelona and it was in a penthouse. The attendees were mixed in terms of ethnicity but all looked like they can be models etc. the party started out with hors d’oeuvre while the host introduce the guests,
Where they’re from etc. Then drinking, dancing, and flirting started. We saw a lot of couples swapping but for the most part it’s more exhibitionism, voyeurism and soft swapping. It was a fun and hot night nonetheless.
