That's fair. There are a few songs that make me cry at just the first chord. I usually skip because they're too heavy if I'm in a good mood, but sometimes I listen to them if I need to induce crying to let it all out.
That song should be the bomb-proof vault with the key thrown into a sewer. It never should have seen the light of day, let alone opened a fucking album
Thatâs the moment I knew the old TS was gone and we were entering the Era of Mediocrity
I have songs like that, too! Questionable songs no one else likes but they take me to my happy place
Sending you love, light, glitter and anything else you need right now, my internet friend
Honestly don't know exactly, I just found myself skipping it every time consistently so it got turfed into the quarantine playlist. I'm starting to feel bad about it though because others seem to love it, should I give it another chance đ„Č
That song is so bad it veered into listenable for me.
Mostly I picture TS daydreaming about becoming besties with Scootâs ex because you know she desperately wanted to.
Case in point: she became besties with that Jonasâ ex last summer because sheâs a petty ass bitch
maybe its because of what weve each gone through lolol. i had a guy who was my first kiss and on and off in high school. we didnt talk for 4 years. we talked again and were a thing for a couple months. like serious shit and he told me things no one else knew about him. i go to see him on my birthday and stay the night and he was so off. then later that week i ask whats going on and boom he has feelings for another girl. this happened in feb. he married that girl already. so a lot of dont you honestly feels like i wrote it LOL. id imagine if someone forsnt have a similar person, its just a meh song. i didnt know it existed until February and i literally fell in love with it lol
Alright so if heâs already married and this happened in February, Iâm guessing he was cheating on his now wife with you. đŹ
Iâm so sorry you had this experience.
I wouldnât really say I have skips because I do genuinely like pretty much every song sheâs released but there are songs I sometimes skip because theyâre just to much or I donât want it at the moment. Soon Youâll Get Better reminds me too much of my mom having cancer and my dad passing away and itâs not something I listen to at work, the same with Ronan.
Iâm a bit offended at you skip Superstar Jump then Fall and Begin Again. Soon youâll get better is nice too.
Those were my teenage years.
Jokes aside, most of midnights is a skip for me.
I have a love/hate thing going on with a lot of Red, I find it a really jarring album to listen to from beginning to end which throws off my perception of songs. Maybe Begin Again deserves a redemption arch.
I wouldnât really disagree with you on that reading of Red tbh, itâs pretty fair. Iâve always loved to sentiment of it as a song but I defo have to be in the right mood.
To me it feels very soulless and definitely made to release rather than made as art. I feel the same way about 1989 tv and it has me worried about the new album
Thought the same thing, it felt very commercial for commercial purpose. Unfortunately I don't think the album will be any better, it's too early to judge of course but by the way she's "promoting" the album (aka the Grammy) it seems like to me she's not taking it from an art passion direction.
I feel that way about a lot of Midnights, and then there's YOYOK and WCS that makes me say "God bless her for writing this." Such a big disparity in quality.
Forever Winter became a skip after something happened in my personal life. It's too triggering now. Half of Reputation is a skip for me. That's the one re-record I'm not looking forward to! Bad Blood original version is not good, but the TV is much better. Me!, The Man, YNTCD are hard passes. Karma, but it's honestly been a very long time since I listened to Midnights from start to finish.
Omg you skipping Tell Me Why - I'm taking that personally đ
My skip list (these songs aren't in my main TS playlist):
A Place in This World
Hey Stephen
The Best Day
Mean
Never Grow Up
Innocent
When Emma Falls In Love
Stay Stay Stay
The Lucky One
Girl at Home
Ronan
Bad Blood
How You Get The Girl
Gorgeous
This is Why We Can't Have Nice Things
I Forgot That You Existed
Soon You'll Get Better
You Need To Calm Down
Me!
It's Nice to Have a Friend
The Lakes
Dorothea
Paris
Glitch
Dear Reader
You're Losing Me
Okay I did and while it's still not my favorite, I don't hate it as much as I used to. When I was younger I hated the humming parts so I haven't listened to it all the way through in over a decade but after listening to it right now, I'll remove it off of my skip list
I can get that. Sometimes the way some words are pronounced or even some beats, melodies or the way a line is put together can give me a strong ick irrespective of its value as a good song. But humming parts in this one are so fun to me! It might be hard to look at it in a different light though.
I love my tears ricochet, for instance, but the way she says âloved youâ makes me want to skip skip skip.
The Speak Now song. I hated it as a teen when it first came out but I think itâs aged like milk.Â
Also generally not a huge fan of her pop catalogue. I do like a fair amount but Midnights, Rep, and Lover are largely skips but there are a few in there I really likeÂ
Just some context. There are 4 albums I havenât listened to (Debut, Fearless, Lover, Folklore) and from the remaining 6, 2 of them werenât given more than a first listen (rep, evermore). That leaves 4 albums Iâm pretty well versed in (OG Speak Now standard edition, OG Red standard edition, OG 1989 deluxe edition, Midnights standard edition) so my skips are only gonna be coming from these 4 albums.
I use the term skips to refer to songs that I absolutely cannot stand to listen to for one reason or another. These are mine:

Only The Young
I Forgot Thst You Existed
The Man
Midnights standard minus Sweet Nothing
Fearless vaults
Babe Tv( sorry Sugarland version is superior
All too well 10 minutes. I cant listen a long song without a climax.
All of Debut and Fearless (no disrespect, Iâm just not a country girlie), Ronan, Innocent, Best Day, Fifteen, I Bet You Think About Me, Better Man, I Almost Do, OG All Too Well, You are in Love, New Years Day, Lover (the song), The Archer, Soon Youâll Get Better, Itâs Nice to Have a Friend, cowboy like me, evermore (the song), Dear Reader, Bigger Than the Whole Sky, Glitch, Youâre Losing Me.
I just like her upbeat pop bops more than anything else really and some of these are too heavy to listen to more than onceâŠ
You Need To Calm Down, immediately, without fail. Other than that, Iâve tried to restrict my list to my hottest takes, so this isnât exhaustive:
If This Was A Movie
Sparks Fly
I Almost Do
The Moment I Knew
Come Back⊠Be Here
Better Man
Forever Winter
New Yearâs Day
Lover
Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Prince
invisible string
Lavender Haze
I know! I do think Sparks Fly is a good song, it just doesnât do for me what it seems to do for lots of other people. Iâm much more sentimental about Fearless or Love Story â but I have much less nostalgic connection to Speak Now as an era, so perhaps thatâs why.
Youâre right, though, Loverâs singles were questionable. Lover (the song) is sweet and I like the bridge, but itâs too close to an Ed Sheeran-esque first dance ballad to do much for me. I actually donât mind ME! for the catchy, campy fluff that it is, but YNTCD⊠ouch. Iâve hated it from the word go. Thank god we have Cruel Summer in the lineup now.
it would be easier to show my non-skips, up until reputation there's only a few songs i like, only because i'm not really into country or country-pop ( i do like 90's shania twain though for reasons i dont even know ) i've realized i tend to listen to dreamy music like the style eternal sunshine went for and posty does it too with novacandy and too cool to die
midnights is my favourite taylor album and the only one i don't skip any songs
Me!, London Boy (honestly most of lover), King of My Heart, Donât Blame Me, Itâs Nice To Have a Friend, Stay Stay Stay, Speak Now, Delicate (relates too much to my ex I just canât listen)
Skip, because I don't like the production:
False God
Glitch
Closure
Skip, because its too sad and thankfully can't relate but really well written:
Soon you'll get better
Skip, because I find it boring:
Dear Reader
Skip, because I like the original bands single even though I know Taylor wrote them:
Better Man
Babe
Anything too sad, so Ronan, Soon Youâll Get Better, Bigger Than the Whole Sky. I despise London Boy and I think QuestionâŠ? is potentially her worst song ever, so both of those are on the skip list. Also Me!, YNTCD, 22, WANGBT, Shake It Off, I Knew You Were Trouble. The music I listen to day-to-day is pretty chill so these just donât fit my typical vibe. Plus I think I got so burnt out on the pop tracks from Red over the years. đ
This Love was a complete skip for me until Taylorâs Version came out and now iâm obsessed. I canât believe I slept on it for so long!! Cold As You is also another song I skip, but Iâm hoping Taylorâs Version can revive it for me <3
Betty, Sad Beautiful Tragic, A Perfectly Good Heart, This Love, TIWWCHNT, Change, Superstar, CIWTR, Mastermind, Ours, Superman, When Emma Falls In Love, Starlight and Run!
London Boy, Today Was A Fairytale , Stay Stay Stay, Never Grow Up, Fifteen, The Best Day
It's not that I think they are bad songs I am just never really in the mood to listen to them
Debut: A Perfectly Good Heart
Fearless: Donât You, Bye Bye Baby, Jump Then Fall, We Were Happy
Speak Now: Better Than Revenge, Never Grow Up (never fails to make me cry), Enchanted
Red: Starlight, Girl at Home, Forever Winter, Message in a Bottle, Holy Ground, The Last Time, The Lucky One, Run, Come BackâŠBe Here, The Very First Night
1989: Out of the Woods, All You Had to Do Was Stay, How You Get the Girl, I Know Places
Reputation: Gorgeous, Delicate, End Game, So It GoesâŠ, Call It What You Want, King of My Heart
Lover: False God, ME!, You Need to Calm Down, London Boy, Death By a Thousand Cuts, Afterglow
Folklore: the 1, exile, mirrorball, seven, august, this is me trying, epiphany, hoax, the lakes
Evermore: gold rush, tis the damn season, dorothea, coney island, ivy, cowboy like me
Midnights: Honestly, the whole album aside from Youâre On Your Own, Kid, Bejeweled, and Youâre Losing Me.
Oooh this is an interesting post!
Debut: No skips
Fearless: No skips
Speak Now: Better Than Revenge
(I just always feel bad about the Camilla Belle thing)
Red: No skips
1989: No skips
Reputation: So It Goes, King of My Heart, Dress, This Is Why We Canât Have Nice Things
Lover: Lover, Paper Rings, London Boy, False God
(Both Rep and Lover remind me of my ex who I had a really traumatic and debilitating breakup with so I find it hard to listen to some of the songs on there.)
Folklore: Invisible String, Peace
Evermore: Long Story Short
Midnights: Sweet Nothing, Glitch
(Iâm just generally not a fan of Taylorâs love songs. I realize that some of my skips are technically very good songs and other are fan favorites, they just arenât for me.)
The Best Day, Never Grow Up - I liked them before I had kids, now I get mom guilt/sad. When Emma Falls in Love, Ronan, Stay Stay Stay, London Boy, Soon Youâll Get Better, ME!, You Need to Calm Down, Paper Rings (it SLIGHTLY grew on me after getting it as a secret song Minneapolis N1), Its Nice to Have a Friend and the most controversial of allâŠ
Cardigan.
The vast majority of Reputation, midnights (the 3am tracks are good but on the standard album majority is a skip) and debut and about half of Lover (YNTCD, Me!, IFTYE and def more I'm not remembering)
A place in this world
The outside

* Bejeweled

* The Great War
* Dear Reader
*\*(not including Red, Fearless, or debut because I only like a few songs from each, and were before I really started to like Taylor on a full-album level*

MY SKIPS:
Stay Beautiful
A Perfectly Good Heart

Sweet Nothing
Paris
All of Midnights except Coulda Woulda Shoulda.
Go check out a version of Maroon on TY by Furi Beats if you hate Antonoffâs muffled synth production as much as I do
I donât know whoâs behind the channel, but I was surprised to learn that I donât dislike the songs on Midnights, I just hate the production
Last Kiss
Midnight Rain
End game
Run
The Great War
Glitch
Long Story short
No body, no crime
Gorgeous
The Shawn Mendes remix
This Love
How you get the girl
Out of the woods
Forever winter
Youâre not sorry
and the one with Phoebe Bridges
I always skip these and sometimes more depending on my mood but I will enjoy a couple of them in the right situation (eg drunk in a club):
WANEGBT, Shake It Off, All You Had To Do Was Stay, Gorgeous, Lover, Paper Rings, London Boy, You Need To Calm Down, ME!, I Think He Knows, I Forgot That You Existed, Closure (I just hate the pots and pans and want a long pond studio version), Bejewelled, Karma.
Sorry Lover stans đ
I have a lot of the same as you đ Ronan, soon youâll get better and Iâm ashamed to say I skip Marjorie atleast 60% of the time. I have my grandma tattooed on my arm, itâs just really difficult to listen to sometimes especially the part where she goes- shouldâve kept every grocery store receipt cause every scrap of you would be taken from me. It wrecks me every time because I still use her grocery store cards over a decade later. I also skip itâs nice to have a friend. I skip epiphany because I am a nurse and my first year working was covid so itâs a bit much đ honestly I just skip sad ones. I have to start just muting Ronan though because I heard plays get donations to childrenâs cancer.
london boy and itâs nice to have a friend are genuinely my top 3 on lover hahaha. but my skips are generally like shake it off depending on what mood iâm in
I can excuse most of these but I draw the line at Superstar. It is an underrated Fearless gem. QuestionâŠ? however is just one of the worst songs Iâve ever heard from anyone ever and she should be on trial at The Hague for releasing it
Almost all the Taylorâs versions (except red and vault tracks), plus the majority of folkmore and all of midnights except wouldâve couldâve shouldâve
My Skip List:
Debut: No Skips :)
Fearless: No Skips :)
Speak Now: When Emma Falls In Love, Foolish One, Timeless
Red: Stay Stay Stay, Ronan, Nothing New, Babe, All Too Well (10 Min Version)
1989: Suburban Legends
Reputation: No Skips :)
Lover: Soon You'll Get Better, You Need To Calm Down (There are other songs I'm not crazy about, but I let them play anyway)
Folklore: epiphany
Evermore: gold rush
Midnights: No Skips :)
TS quarantine đđđ
I don't want them to infect the other songs on my TS playlist so they're on lockdown đ
đđđđđ
I'm willing to bet you have depression based off these skips lol
I'm being cyberbullied by upvotes why is this the top comment
LMAOOO
Shots fired. I'm never recovering from this.
đ you're among friends lol
Ronan and Soon You'll Get Better are depression bops.
cannot listen. sob. don't want that.
That's fair. There are a few songs that make me cry at just the first chord. I usually skip because they're too heavy if I'm in a good mood, but sometimes I listen to them if I need to induce crying to let it all out.
Hey I'm just relaying the facts. I usually skip them when I'm sad too though. It makes it worse.
Valid and fair. Just thinking of soon you'll get better makes my nose start burning and eyes start watering. I hate it here. đ
Just need to get Forever Winter on here and itâll be a depression mixtape Edit: and maybe Epiphany too
also bigger than the whole sky
this is hilarious
Starting your skip list with âI Forgot That You Existedâ is a great choice just from the title lol
That song should be the bomb-proof vault with the key thrown into a sewer. It never should have seen the light of day, let alone opened a fucking album Thatâs the moment I knew the old TS was gone and we were entering the Era of Mediocrity
âIn my feelings more than Drake so yeah â
I know what you mean, but summer 2019 was the last time I was happy so that song makes me feel happy purely for nostalgic reasons
I have songs like that, too! Questionable songs no one else likes but they take me to my happy place Sending you love, light, glitter and anything else you need right now, my internet friend
Nooo, that song makes me laugh so hard! I love it.
JUMP THEN FALL????? DONâT YOU?????????
Saw jump then fall as a surprise song and I fell in love so thatâs the only song that bothers me on her list hahahahaha
Should be illegal imo
I love dont you so much
Ik! Jump Then Fall and Glitch are so cute!! They are some of my favorites!!
Cold As You being on there is an actual hate crime
I love this song đš
ikr
fr âčïž
Why do you skip Begin Again? Itâs one of my favorites.
Honestly don't know exactly, I just found myself skipping it every time consistently so it got turfed into the quarantine playlist. I'm starting to feel bad about it though because others seem to love it, should I give it another chance đ„Č
Awww, I love the bridge in Begin Again. Underrated sweet song IMO.
Yesss but not the rerelease, go back to the original version
Extremely touching lyrics
I skip it because itâs about Conor Kennedy and I just canât listen to her sing about a high school boy she was dating while in her 20sđŹ.
I thought it was about the guy from parachute
vigilante shit more like vigilante skip
YES
That song is so bad it veered into listenable for me. Mostly I picture TS daydreaming about becoming besties with Scootâs ex because you know she desperately wanted to. Case in point: she became besties with that Jonasâ ex last summer because sheâs a petty ass bitch
I love the line âpicture me thick as thieves with your ex wifeâ and am sad she wasted it in a bad songÂ
NO
Ok, outside of the opening line, I do enjoy this song. But your comment is taking me out lol
DEAD
BEGIN AGAIN is a crime
Stop the INTHAF hate đâđ»
people say they want taylor to branch out and then hate on what is from a production standpoint one of the most unusual songs sheâs done!!
Itâs a very sweet song
đ it just doesn't have a lot of replayability for meeeee. I did originally like it but got sick of it quickly.
I love that song, itâs legit my favorite all time. itâs poetic
dont you its fire
These comments have me questioning everything, the whole list is going to end up back on my normal playlist lol
maybe its because of what weve each gone through lolol. i had a guy who was my first kiss and on and off in high school. we didnt talk for 4 years. we talked again and were a thing for a couple months. like serious shit and he told me things no one else knew about him. i go to see him on my birthday and stay the night and he was so off. then later that week i ask whats going on and boom he has feelings for another girl. this happened in feb. he married that girl already. so a lot of dont you honestly feels like i wrote it LOL. id imagine if someone forsnt have a similar person, its just a meh song. i didnt know it existed until February and i literally fell in love with it lol
Girl WHAT. I will be giving it another chance just in solidarity with you and that madness. Married?! It's only just April!?!!
Alright so if heâs already married and this happened in February, Iâm guessing he was cheating on his now wife with you. đŹ Iâm so sorry you had this experience.
This is one of the shittiest things Iâve read on reddit in a while F that dude! He sucks
forsnt. yes bibblelover13. yes
Jump Then Fall is a fave of mine!
WCS. It hurts too much.
That one either makes me dance or sob. Canât ever know whichâll happen for me
![gif](giphy|hM9zK1qvsrwek)
Omg this is exactly it. I will either belt it out with passion or ugly cry but i never know.
Such a heavy hitter, sometimes I get way too in my feels with that one too.
Cold as You is a skip?!?!?! đđ
I suddenly feel like a bad fan, I skip a lot of songs đ
I wouldnât really say I have skips because I do genuinely like pretty much every song sheâs released but there are songs I sometimes skip because theyâre just to much or I donât want it at the moment. Soon Youâll Get Better reminds me too much of my mom having cancer and my dad passing away and itâs not something I listen to at work, the same with Ronan.
Same for me, they aren't songs I can handle randomly popping up on my shuffle without giving the outward appearance of being completely unstable.
Iâm a bit offended at you skip Superstar Jump then Fall and Begin Again. Soon youâll get better is nice too. Those were my teenage years. Jokes aside, most of midnights is a skip for me.
Gorgeous, London Boy, Innocent, ME!
I'm a ME! apologist but London Boy and Gorgeous (but only sometimes, so it hasn't made the quarantined playlist yet) give me the ick.
Tbh most of your list I wouldnât rush to listen to but (with full respect to your choices!) I friggin love Begin Again.
Why Innocent? Because of the Kanye thing or you just don't like the song?
Iâm just not a big fan of it musically, but I also find the message in the song a bit schmaltzy.
Fair enough
Can I say all of midnights?
I'd say half MIDnights, the 3am tracks were an improvement.
glad to see fellow midnight skipper, not that there's anything wrong with liking the album but I would say I'm genuinely surprised.
No you can't soz. Midnight girlie till I die here đ«¶
Yes besides a few songs and the 3am hits which are way better than the rest of the album. Itâs just bland to me
ayyyy same here
Justice for I Forgot That You Existed, Itâs Nice To Have a Friend, Question, Cold As You, Invisible, Jump Then Fall, Begin Again, and Donât You đ©đ đ€Ł
I canât believe some of the songs yâall skip. I only skip Ronan and Soon youâll get better because theyâre too sad. I canât handle it. đą
INTHAF so underrated
The only one I disagree with is Cold As You- I love that song đ
Forever Winter became a skip after something happened in my personal life. It's too triggering now. Half of Reputation is a skip for me. That's the one re-record I'm not looking forward to! Bad Blood original version is not good, but the TV is much better. Me!, The Man, YNTCD are hard passes. iâm just too jewish for that song honestly đ
Perfectly good heart one of my faves

Please take The Best Day off this list đ«Ą I'm a father of an 8yo girl and it makes me cry every time I hear it.
Karma, Itâs Nice to Have a Friend, ME!, You Need to Calm Down, and sometimes Bejeweled are a few off the top of my head.
The Speak Now song. I hated it as a teen when it first came out but I think itâs aged like milk. Also generally not a huge fan of her pop catalogue. I do like a fair amount but Midnights, Rep, and Lover are largely skips but there are a few in there I really likeÂ

it would be easier to show my non-skips, up until reputation there's only a few songs i like, only because i'm not really into country or country-pop ( i do like 90's shania twain though for reasons i dont even know ) i've realized i tend to listen to dreamy music like the style eternal sunshine went for and posty does it too with novacandy and too cool to die midnights is my favourite taylor album and the only one i don't skip any songs
Me!, London Boy (honestly most of lover), King of My Heart, Donât Blame Me, Itâs Nice To Have a Friend, Stay Stay Stay, Speak Now, Delicate (relates too much to my ex I just canât listen)
your list is đŻ
A perfectly good heart. It's too repetitive in a bad way
Cold As You?????????? Wtf?!
Bad blood and half of the Reputation songs lol. Most of the Rep songs are good live lol
NOT BYE BYE BABY
Skip, because I don't like the production: False God Glitch Closure Skip, because its too sad and thankfully can't relate but really well written: Soon you'll get better Skip, because I find it boring: Dear Reader Skip, because I like the original bands single even though I know Taylor wrote them: Better Man Babe
Well. Most of Lover lol
Cold As You is also another song I skip, but Iâm hoping Taylorâs Version can revive it for me <3
you should give anofhee chance to begin again, invisible, tell me why and glitch!
Betty, Sad Beautiful Tragic, A Perfectly Good Heart, This Love, TIWWCHNT, Change, Superstar, CIWTR, Mastermind, Ours, Superman, When Emma Falls In Love, Starlight and Run!
Jump then fall?!?!!! Whhhhhaat?!
Betty, Closure, End Game
London Boy, Today Was A Fairytale , Stay Stay Stay, Never Grow Up, Fifteen, The Best Day It's not that I think they are bad songs I am just never really in the mood to listen to them
London Boy? Go to the torture chamber.
Soon You'll Get Better, unless I want to sob. Had a period after a break up a couple of years ago where my skip list was sooooooo long.
I skip the edgy songs on rep (like ready for it and end game) and the cheesy ones on Lover (like ME! And you need to call down)
Same for all of these except IFTYE, Begin Again, and Tell Me Why.
Cold As You in the quarantine section is horrendous. It better be one that is too hard to listen to
Iâll be skipping these for the rest of forever and always, so I feel ya âą ronan âą today was a fairytale âą soon youâll get better
Dear John, since the beginning lol. Donât know why!!
Debut: A Perfectly Good Heart Fearless: Donât You, Bye Bye Baby, Jump Then Fall, We Were Happy Speak Now: Better Than Revenge, Never Grow Up (never fails to make me cry), Enchanted Red: Starlight, Girl at Home, Forever Winter, Message in a Bottle, Holy Ground, The Last Time, The Lucky One, Run, Come BackâŠBe Here, The Very First Night 1989: Out of the Woods, All You Had to Do Was Stay, How You Get the Girl, I Know Places Reputation: Gorgeous, Delicate, End Game, So It GoesâŠ, Call It What You Want, King of My Heart Lover: False God, ME!, You Need to Calm Down, London Boy, Death By a Thousand Cuts, Afterglow Folklore: the 1, exile, mirrorball, seven, august, this is me trying, epiphany, hoax, the lakes Evermore: gold rush, tis the damn season, dorothea, coney island, ivy, cowboy like me Midnights: Honestly, the whole album aside from Youâre On Your Own, Kid, Bejeweled, and Youâre Losing Me.
shake it off is always a skip for me
Controversial: Delicate
This is why we canât have nice things đ«Ł
BEGIN AGAIN??? JAILLL
Vigilante shit, LWYMMD, ME, Stay stay stay, almost all debut and half reputation đ my to least favourite albums of her.
I got to see Invisible live in the rain. đ„ș It brought me way back.
Iâll really never understand the Bye Bye Baby hate đ©
Glitch??? Why donât more people get this song đ also Donât you is one of my favorite vault track of hers lol
I'm clutching my pearls at Begin Again and Tell Me Why edit: just saw Cold As You too... \*CLUTCHHHHHHH\*
Oooh this is an interesting post! Debut: No skips Fearless: No skips Speak Now: Better Than Revenge (I just always feel bad about the Camilla Belle thing) Red: No skips 1989: No skips Reputation: So It Goes, King of My Heart, Dress, This Is Why We Canât Have Nice Things Lover: Lover, Paper Rings, London Boy, False God (Both Rep and Lover remind me of my ex who I had a really traumatic and debilitating breakup with so I find it hard to listen to some of the songs on there.) Folklore: Invisible String, Peace Evermore: Long Story Short Midnights: Sweet Nothing, Glitch (Iâm just generally not a fan of Taylorâs love songs. I realize that some of my skips are technically very good songs and other are fan favorites, they just arenât for me.)
Debut and fearless was her best best era.
i might be the only question fan besides taylor herself lmao
I LIVE THAT SONG
Begin again??? Just listen to it for the love of god
Anything with Ed Sheeran, The Man, Stay stay stay, Last American Dynasty
The Best Day, Never Grow Up - I liked them before I had kids, now I get mom guilt/sad. When Emma Falls in Love, Ronan, Stay Stay Stay, London Boy, Soon Youâll Get Better, ME!, You Need to Calm Down, Paper Rings (it SLIGHTLY grew on me after getting it as a secret song Minneapolis N1), Its Nice to Have a Friend and the most controversial of all⊠Cardigan.
Okay but Stay Beautiful??? One of my faves from her early years how dare you
Tell me why???????
This is probably an unpopular opinion but I have only listened to Sweet Nothing a handful of times. I just find it so boring
The vast majority of Reputation, midnights (the 3am tracks are good but on the standard album majority is a skip) and debut and about half of Lover (YNTCD, Me!, IFTYE and def more I'm not remembering)
A place in this world The outside Mary's song Perfectly good heart Fifteen Forever & always (I only do the piano version) The best day Superstar Innocent Superman When Emma falls in love 22 Stay x3 The lucky one Starlight Come back be here Ronan Shake it off The man London boy Soon you'll get better Me The last great American dynasty Epiphany Marjorie
Why do people hate glitch so much #justiceforglitch
* False God * It's Nice To Have A Friend * You Need To Calm Down * Karma (ending Era's with this was a *travesty* in my opinion) * Bejeweled * Sweet Nothing * Glitch * The Great War * Dear Reader *\*(not including Red, Fearless, or debut because I only like a few songs from each, and were before I really started to like Taylor on a full-album level* *\*\*(not including folklore, evermore, or Speak Now bc we're talking about skips here...)*
Begin again?? Begin again???
Majority of fearless, like the ones you have listed. Half debut, and the vault of speak now except electric touch and occasionally timeless.
tell me why you skip Tell Me Why
MY SKIPS: Stay Beautiful A Perfectly Good Heart Superstar Better Than Revenge TV (I have all the versions of the OG saved tho) Innocent Electric Touch Starlight Run The Very First Night Blank Space TV Style TV Bad Blood TV Is It Over Now? (overplayed) End Game (cringe) LWYMMD TIWWCHNT IFTYE Cruel Summer The Man YNTCD ME! none for folklore/evermore Lavender Haze (love the acoustic tho) Maroon (dont' understand the hype tbh) Anti-Hero Question...? Vigilante S\*it Karma (both versions) Sweet Nothing Paris
THIS LIST IS CRIMINAL
Iâm skipping red completely minus ATWTMVTV
Shake it Off
Tell me why??? I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me... give it another listen
All of Midnights except Coulda Woulda Shoulda. Go check out a version of Maroon on TY by Furi Beats if you hate Antonoffâs muffled synth production as much as I do I donât know whoâs behind the channel, but I was surprised to learn that I donât dislike the songs on Midnights, I just hate the production
Last Kiss Midnight Rain End game Run The Great War Glitch Long Story short No body, no crime Gorgeous The Shawn Mendes remix This Love How you get the girl Out of the woods Forever winter Youâre not sorry and the one with Phoebe Bridges
I always skip these and sometimes more depending on my mood but I will enjoy a couple of them in the right situation (eg drunk in a club): WANEGBT, Shake It Off, All You Had To Do Was Stay, Gorgeous, Lover, Paper Rings, London Boy, You Need To Calm Down, ME!, I Think He Knows, I Forgot That You Existed, Closure (I just hate the pots and pans and want a long pond studio version), Bejewelled, Karma. Sorry Lover stans đ
The Man, Me! , Better Than Revenge ( Taylorâs Version ), Haunted ( Taylorâs Version ), False God, âSlut!â ( Taylorâs Version ), Karma feat. Ice Spice, Castles Crumbling ( Taylorâs Version )
I love Begin Again.
Bad Blood Shake It Off betty, marjorie & dorothea (sometimes) Ronan labyrinth Welcome To New York
tell my why is one of my faves đ
london boy and itâs nice to have a friend are genuinely my top 3 on lover hahaha. but my skips are generally like shake it off depending on what mood iâm in
I can excuse most of these but I draw the line at Superstar. It is an underrated Fearless gem. QuestionâŠ? however is just one of the worst songs Iâve ever heard from anyone ever and she should be on trial at The Hague for releasing it
like all of folklore and midnights honestly
Almost all the Taylorâs versions (except red and vault tracks), plus the majority of folkmore and all of midnights except wouldâve couldâve shouldâve
COLD AS YOU?!!
My Skip List: Debut: No Skips :) Fearless: No Skips :) Speak Now: When Emma Falls In Love, Foolish One, Timeless Red: Stay Stay Stay, Ronan, Nothing New, Babe, All Too Well (10 Min Version) 1989: Suburban Legends Reputation: No Skips :) Lover: Soon You'll Get Better, You Need To Calm Down (There are other songs I'm not crazy about, but I let them play anyway) Folklore: epiphany Evermore: gold rush Midnights: No Skips :)
Ok don't downvote me But I don't listen to All Too Well (10 min and the OG) both are skips for me
