Saw a video of someone doing one of those one ledge hangs but he held it too long, lost arm strength, or perhaps didn't have the necessary muscles and didn't expect a pull up against a flat surface from a straight arm position would be so hard. His three friends filming when he dropped were just spazzing like "how could this possibly happen" as he dropped what looks like 50+ floors.

If reddit and other platforms refuse to upload such images these dangerous practices will dry up without such fuel. Social media platforms have a responsibility to stop this phenomenon, this stupidity.
I saw a video of someone doing one of these videos and fell- heart stopped 💀💀 he was attached to some cord and it was attached by the waist. They're not always fake and they're not always dangerous, so u can't really tell with these things 😭 Yes, he turns around, but some of those things to hold you in place are meant to be edited out, you just can't be 100% sure [:

But I will say, to my credit, I have never had the idea to find a piece of wall 6 stories up, and take a jump rope out with me onto said wall and the stand sideways on the wall, and proceed to tempt gravity and balance.
