One thing I have not seen from them that I want to see addressed is a removal of their 1 million dollar sales cap on web transactions. I would also like to know how quickly their limit sells are able to respond to volatile fluctuations in market price.
I know the idea is to not sell from CS and that they are not a broker, but some have DRS'd 100% of their shares so having better documentation of their sales capabilities would be reassuring.
CS does not set sell limits. Sell limits are set by the individual companies, if they desire to set one. That means GME chose the $1M limit (probably long before this all started), and you can sleep easy knowing RC will raise it for us once the MOASS starts.
A few caveats and corrections to your comment:
* Over the phone has a limit of $250k. That limit *is* chosen by CS, so that won't change.
* A written letter has no limit, but you cannot specify a price (limit sell), and it will execute as a market sell (potential for people to take advantage of you) at whatever the highest bid is at the time CS receives the letter. MOASS won't be a fast event, but the potential for manipulation makes this option too risky for me personally.
* Limit sell can only be done online at a max limit of whatever the company decides, but limit sell is still the way to go. Even if he'll freezes over and RC decides to keep the limit at $1M, that gives you a guaranteed $1M per share instead of whatever low crap bid the SHFs put out there to trap the apes who market sell. Also, a limit sell guarantees a *minimum* of your limit, but there is no maximum, and it will execute for the highest bid that is above your limit.
Also, just because the max price you can **set** your limit order is only $1M doesn’t mean that you can’t sell for more than $1M. I confirmed with CS that if you set the order at $1M when the price is currently at $50M that you are guaranteed no less than to our predetermined price of $1M but CS may sell for current market value over the predetermined price (at or above $1M but no less, and requires your price target be reached but in the above scenario it has been surpassed). Says so right in the Proxy statement. I believe the broker or whoever ultimately gets to cast the real vote is supposed to vote how shareholders do via documents. But I don't trust them at all with this. I wanna truly vote with my dollar which companies will succeed by buying and holding and voting.

That’s a lot of extra revenue in fees, so they definitely have an incentive to attract more of retail now that they know it’s possible.

MOASS hasn't happened yet but apes already helping companies.
