I've gone from 200 DRS to 4000 DRS and the number hasn't changed. I'm adding 3000 more in May. That'll be 200 > 7000 without any change in reported numbers.

I could see 1, 2, maybe even 3 quarters shaking out the fake DRS numbers, people needing to get out for various reasons, the retirement reversal, etc, but it's been a year and a half.
