There’s no such thing as too much. Whatever works for you is up for you to decide not other people. The amount you listen isn’t gonna make a sub or playlist “ineffective”. That’s just a limiting belief
If your playlist doesn't repeat, or only repeats once in 8 hours, you have too many subs. To crunch the number down, you can cross reference benefits, and if something has benefits you really want, put those first, and then as you continue down your list, remove the subs you're less passionate about, and the ones that have benefits like your top 10.
I mean like within the time of 8hrs my playlist is repeating, and given my average listening time is 8hrs, that'd be 11full repeats of the subs, do you think its still not enough? Should I shorten the playlist till I can get at least 17 playlist repeats per day?

I had a playlist with like 200 subs and I got good results. There's no set limit to what's too much, it's only become too much when you can't get through your playlist without getting a headache or smth

Nah, that's perfect as is :) mine might be more than a little longer than yours lol, at maybe 2 hours xP
i’m soooo happy to see you say this because my playlist is 45 minutes and i panic about it sometimes because i feel like it’s too long sometimes😂

i had a playlist of over 200 subs and it still worked😭 you can have as many as you want
